Before the COVID pandemic I had good customer service inside the restaurant. I found it to be clean each time I dined. And the food was always prepared correctly. Now that they are strictly serving drive thru, I can say that it's typically easy to understand the employee through the speaker and my order has always been correct. I don't like, however, that I never get a receipt.

This is my go to location. Mistakes get made now and then, sure... But it's always good stuff. The reason for this particular review though is my quesadilla today (11/2/23, 6:25ish) was the BEST ONE EVER HAD IN MY 33 YEARS ON THIS PLANET. Perfectly grilled, perfect ratios...and it came out SO FAST. The team working that shift needs a damn raise <3

I came back through the drive thru for a missed extra side of sauce they gave it to me and a free breakfast cinnamon twist. Good customer service!

I’m not going to discuss the food Taco Bell serves, because you either love it or you don’t :-) What I will say is that this location is easily seen driving down Burnet Road, is right across the street from Northcross Mall and has plenty of parking. Service is friendly and the food comes out very quickly. If you love Taco Bell, this is a great place to stop by.
