This review is for the Charley’s at 2701 S I-35 (inside the Walmart by 45 & 35. This location is so new that it’s not in the (Google maps) system, yet. Anyway, it was what I totally expect from a Philly cheesesteak. Yum!
For purists to know, besides the cheese and steak, this sandwich has lettuce, a tomato, and a pickle but does NOT have sautéed onions, sautéed bell peppers, nor sautéed mushrooms. Also, I could not taste any mayonnaise it might have had.

I’ve been on the hunt for the ultimate Philly cheesesteak sandwich in Austin and have come up with only mediocre sandwiches for the past 5 years… until I tried Charleys. Oh my God!!! Y’all, this Philly cheesesteak is insane. This is the real deal. Lots of moist shaved steak with all the fixing’s. Sautéed onions and peppers with a ton of cheese to top it off just to seal the deal. I’d pay any amount of money for that sandwich😋.

Fresh, hot and fast af! The staff was super funny and entertaining every time I stop by. They have the best seasons and ketchup in the whole food court. This place is sent from above

I love their sandwiches. They are delicious and one sandwich is good enough to fill my empty stomach. Their staffs are nice as well. I would give them my thumbs up any time. Keep up the excellent work.

Charley's makes one of the best subs in town. The roll is nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They add plenty of meats; just the way I like them. The employees are always pleasant and the service is excellent.
