Been coming here for years. Place never lets me down. Was surprised by the poor reviews but to each their own.

This location is consistently the best Panda Express that I've visited. They are regularly making more entrees and the food is always hot. It is still a fast food restaurant at the end of the day so it isn't perfect by any means.

Pandas grade the kids love the meals it would be great if they had a few healthy options out there also

My kids like this place and we get in and out fast. Sometimes they are out of the more popular dishes and we have to wait for a new batch. Service is usually pretty good.

They were out of items 30 minutes before closing. It would have been nice to be able to get the foods we drove there for. The service outside of that was great, and it was definitely clean in there.

The food was tasty and the portions were great. The service was fast and the the store looked clean and well kept. No issues with staff and the wait times were short.

This location always works hard to keep the line moving. Of course the taste can be slight inconsistent, but consistency is above average compared to other fast food places in SW Austin.

The food is amazing and the customer service is impeccable. I had left my wallet there and they kept it in the safe for me until I could come get it the next day. Will definitely stay coming here!

I love Panda Express but this one didn't have sesame chicken and the sign has been up for months and they have discontinued this item even tho it's a bestseller. There's no shortage of sesame seeds like they tried to pull with the coins this last summer.
