This location is consistently the best Panda Express that I've visited. They are regularly making more entrees and the food is always hot. It is still a fast food restaurant at the end of the day so it isn't perfect by any means.

Fast, delicious, and loved the experience once inside. I love Austin & Chinese Food is an awesome way to help make an excellent meal. Staff were great. Just a bit a while of wait, but all went successful. It was hard for the person, who I spoke to for my order, to hear others & I. I continuously had to repeat myself, but it is acceptable as everyone had a mask and the masks made it hard to hear voices. Overall, I loved this Panda Express. The food was delicious and the environment was clean & organized. Thanks so much for your business and we will definitely be back again. I recommend Panda Express for good Chinese Food.
They were out of items 30 minutes before closing. It would have been nice to be able to get the foods we drove there for. The service outside of that was great, and it was definitely clean in there.
My kids like this place and we get in and out fast. Sometimes they are out of the more popular dishes and we have to wait for a new batch. Service is usually pretty good.
Great location, staff is very attentive. Love the food. Id go with a bowl of chowmein with fried rice and Beijing beef or chicken teriyaki with teriyaki sauce on top. $6.50 for a big bowl!! Good deal!

The food was tasty and the portions were great. The service was fast and the the store looked clean and well kept. No issues with staff and the wait times were short.
Been coming here for years. Place never lets me down. Was surprised by the poor reviews but to each their own.
Pandas grade the kids love the meals it would be great if they had a few healthy options out there also
The staff working the lunch rush on 9/8/22 did an incredible job of keeping up with the long line and online pick up orders. Despite the frustrated customers, the staff kept positive attitudes and did everything in their power to make customers happy when they ran out of items or had to wait for the kitchen to make a new batch.
This location gets a ton of business, so make sure you plan your order for non-peak times if you’re hell bent on everything they offer being in stock.
This location always works hard to keep the line moving. Of course the taste can be slight inconsistent, but consistency is above average compared to other fast food places in SW Austin.
