Sunday morning breakfast tacos at a new place for me in Austin, Texas. I did the standard first order of chorizo and egg and also bacon and egg on flour. Each were $3. CASH ONLY. Tortillas were good, now awesome, but good. Good sized amount of filling. Two was a nice breakfast, so pretty cheap stop. I usually like the chorizo more than the bacon, but one of the better bacon fillings I've had. Not just one lonely strip of bacon, not crumbled up on the eggs. The red salsa is hot. Like really hot. Good, but beware. Definitely a winner.

I have been eating these tacos for as long as I can remember!! 16 years now is what I am going to say with my husband Roque Rodriguez Jr. We swear by her Tacos!! No matter what they are. She is staple in Austin Taco truck culture. They are the perfect size. My ultimate favorite is beef fajita tacos. The flavor is savory and pure heaven. Take it from someone who has been a patron since I moved here pretty much. And yes I have eaten tacos all over Austin and all over Tx. But she has kept her recipe and flavor and not changed up or lost something she can not get back too. Sometimes Tradition says so much LOVE for their work ❤

The newest winner of The Great Breakfast Taco Hunt of Austin (my own silly contest), this unassuming little taco truck slams the competition! The corn tacos are fresh, homemade, and actually flavorful. I order the standard bacon egg cheese and it was wonderfully delicious. Lots of love was put in to these tacos, and they only took a few minutes to create. They came with a beautiful green salsa that I didn’t even have to ask for, win!! I’m excited to try more of their menu items. I spent $5 on 2 bfast tacos. Bring cash!
