The folks at the sonic west of the y on 71are quick and seem to be genuinely interested in your quick service and correct orders. Pleasant carhops that give their names.

Service wasn’t so friendly a few months back but after tonight, this staff has gained back a customer! Came by for dinner for the family and was surprised how friendly and efficient the service was. Food took less than 5 minutes, I’ll gladly get up sold to a large with this crew. 5/5

I was tired and wasn't able to get the order right so one of the workers came out to my car and help the children with their order.Everything was good.Time to pay, I was tire and unable to get my card to work in the pay slot.again the worker came out and helped me.Being so nice about it, he said it was the machine acting up,but not to worry we'll get it taken care of.AND HE DID!!!! THEY WERE very nice and polite too.

This has been my go-to get eats place since I found it in the early '70's.
They are also the first place I ever took my soon-to-be wife for a lunch date.
Never have I been disappointed in the food I get from them. (With the exception of them removing the steak sandwich from the menu.)

We stopped going to Sonic because customer service is bad and you have to wait at least 20 minutes for just a drink.
This location was great. Clean $ customer service was great and our lunch came out quick. Will ba back.
We only recommend this location by the Y in Oak Hill.

This chick loves sonic and got me on it so I’m give it a 4stars , every time we do the app order it’s dead on and ready when we get there

A bit slow, especially when ordering from their app and checking in once there. My food was fine as were the two beverages I ordered. Sometimes I feel like there’s a disconnect between the Sonic app and the store. And while I’m here, their app saves me money every time, but only allows tipping at certain locations- this needs to be available at EVERY location.
