To start, the staff put on fresh gloves, then pulls his phone out of his pocket to check a call their getting, and then proceeds to make my sandwich with the same gloves. He then uses a very dirty knife to cut open my bread. After putting the meat and cheese on, I'm told that there is no olives or pickles, which is 2 of the 3 things I get my sandwich dressed with. After all is said and done, I'm checking out when I ask for a large drink. And behold, they are out of soda and the cooler is totally empty! Terrible service. Terrible management.

Poor Service! Wont be returning, my order wasn’t ready at the time it said it was supposed to be ready for pickup. Better attitude for worker . She didn’t even bag my subs. A mom came in with her son they finished there meal before my food was ready and i was here before them. They say life is free, I have to deny that, because everyday i pay the price.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. Especially don’t use door dash. I scheduled a delivery for 8:20 p.m. and was not even notified until after the store closed that they apparently couldn’t find a dasher? And I requested the delivery at 2 PM. So in a 6 and a half hour period there was no dasher to deliver my order? This location is always having problems. AGAIN, don’t order from this location. There is no use in even trying to file a complaint or speak with a manager because their voicemail is full.

The manager (I believe) really is a nice guy and you can tell he's just doing his best but there's always something wrong with this place. Last time the kid behind the counter said he "didn't feel well and didn't feel comfortable making a sandwich." While his friends hung out on the front steps. He then went to the back and just never came back out. This time the folks behind the counter did their best but they were missing a lot of ingredients and the whole shopping center was a hectic mess. Running a business in South Austin is a hell of an ordeal and, as I said, they're nice and do their best but they need support in there.

Put the sandwich order in and the guy started to fill up all the empty containers. He waited for the other worker to put on her gloves and apron before putting on the toppings. Limited amount of vegetables. They take their time making the sandwich. I had to ask for the drink cups with napkins. A laid back friendly atmosphere so if your in a hurry let them know.
