Great DQ classics and I love the fact they offer butterscotch and cherry flavored dipped cones! They also offered free ice cream and biscuit treats to my dog when we went through the drive thru! They have earned my business!
Dairy Queen is one of the best places to eat!i enjoy going their, great service and really nice hard working people.
Great job. Whoever was working the night of 10/26/2023 at 10:30PM provided great service. They provided my group excellent service by being attentive, friendly, and walking up to us to give our food to us. We came after House of Torment, and their service was a great way to end the night.
Was pleasantly surprised by the over all quality and flavor. Bigger..tastier patty than most fast food burger joints. Served with a generous layering of surprisingly fresh veggies
Actual bacon not the usual see through slices you get other places. Fries were fresh..hot and perfectly fried.. Staff was friendly and fast. Dining room was spotless. Even the mix on the carbonated drinks was not too syrupy or too watered down. Thanks folks for a great lunch burger!! Best DQ in Austin.
This location has seriously surprised me, i didn't expect to enjoy it as much as I have. I was actually quite disappointed with my experience through the drive thru on my first couple visits; but the dine in experience is complete opposite of that and has changed my mind. The service and food has been amazing! -- The daytime manager(I believe her name is Teresa) and another employee, I believe her name is Treasure are my two favorite employees to interact with; they are always so kind and helpful. I'm happy to have given this place another chance!
Drive thru person was great, cheerful, and pleasant. Food was hit and delicious. Now THIS is DQ Country.

Excellent customer service 100%! Thanks to Mr. Michael (from the Burnet location), he definitely went out his way to make sure I was well taken care of during that hot evening. I so much appreciate his kind gestures, we definitely need more people like him in customer service positions. He made me smile for the rest of my night. They also had a beautiful setting for ‘Memorial Day’, so cute!

The only fast food this side of Manor that’s clean, has employees with good attitudes, is fast and consistent. (Looking at you KFC, Subway, Wingstop, Sonic, etc)
