Chipotle Mexican Grill

1) food: 10/10. Same great Chipotle taste. Consistent, delicious and relatively healthy. No shortage of variety. They have something for everybody. 2) customer service: 10/10. Employees are welcoming, friendly, and professional. 2 line workers named “Asiel” and "Yelena" were notably remarkable. They exuded all of these qualities and more. For example, Asiel engaged in brief, pleasant conversation with me, despite the fact that he had a huge line behind me. Made me feel valued and validated. As a former manager in retail, I can speak from experience that they exhibit elite customer-service skills. Made me feel like family, not a customer. Definitely the type of character that you want representing your business. Overall, 1000% satisfied customer. Absolutely no complaints. 10/10 everything. 5 stars. Come to this restaurant. You won’t regret it.

This Chipotle was very clean and nice. I went there around 1pm on a Wednesday and there wasn’t much of a crowd. The staff was very kind and the ingredients were very fresh. I felt like they were also generous with the portions, not something that all Chipotles are known for! I would definitely come back.
