This place reminds me of when I was younger, and my mom would take me to get some pretzels. Every time I pass by these pretzels at the mall, there’s always a long line. Only thing that was disappointing Was that my first 2–3 options that I wanted to pick were sold out. I settled for the original with a nice dip, and it was delicious. Loved every bit.

I had the parmesan garlic pretzel... I mean really, folks --- WOW And they have all these other flavors of pretzels and they have sweet stuff too and the people are really friendly ESPECIALLY that lady who's originally from Mexico. She taught me 9 or 10 words or Spanish just while I was ordering and waiting and you can TIP them AND it's a good place in th'Mall.

Today I had the pleasure of having my order taken by a kind and understanding cashier named Ely. I appreciate the patience she had while I decided what I desired from the establishment. Thank you Ely 🙂

The young female cashier working the register today was so kind and helpful. During these times it’s nice to have a little conversation with someone and she was so nice it really made my day. So if you see this the salted pretzel with sweet glaze was so good girl!!!

We planned on having a pretzel bar at our wedding and we ordered 100 pretzels from Auntie Ann's through a a third party company. This company never delivered or contacted us at all. We contacted Auntie Ann's explaining the situation and the manager from the Barton Creek location personally drove the order to our wedding venue. Thank you so much for making our wedding day special, everyone loved the pretzels.

There is always a line here, but it is that good. The employees are a little high strung for working at a pretzel stand and could use more of a smile. Other than that the food is outstanding.
