Great American Cookies

I ordered a cookie cake online to be delivered for my boyfriends birthday. On the day of I received a text from door dash saying my cake has been delivered however it had not arrived. I tried to do some investigating, however my deliver instructions were very detailed and I have not had issues with food delivery in the past. I called the store and let them know what happened. They told me they would reach out to door dash for me and meanwhile started making me another cake. In the end they made sure door dash refunded my money and they ensured I did get a custom cake. I appreciated the level of customer service and would definitely order from them again.

One of my favorite places since I was a kid. The cookies are pretty consistent no matter what location you go to. We’ve had a few birthday cakes make here as well which they can usually do in a few hours. Also I just learned they can make a double doozie out of any cookie flavor. Not sure how I’ve gone my whole life without knowing that.

Good cookies but these franchise owners are awful. They don't advertise it, but they don't follow the pricing or accept coupons that are standard for all other Great American Cookie Company stores - they hardly can call themselves by the same name in my opinion. PTotal waste of money to go to this location.
