Good ambiance. Definitely would come back for the truffle risotto! The wagyu was so good and the risotto was the highlight of our meal. We thought the Soto 2.0 roll was better than the honey truffle roll. Delicious dessert, get the cheesecake.

this was the best food i’ve had in a long time. the truffle risotto with wagyu steak & the uni pasta were the stars of meal! both were so rich and creamy & the steak had so much flavor, it was cooked perfectly. we also tried the spicy tuna & spicy salmon roll which was good for basic rolls. the miso soup was good too. our waitress was very nice and attentive. overall 10/10 food and service i highly recommend coming here

Mind boggling dining experience. True foodie entertainment. Each dish was served and described in colorful detail and he sauces were off the charts. My favorite was the salmon hanging over bamboo, atop flaming coffee bean. Set aside several and prepare to enjoy. Highly recommend the $175-250 chefs choice option. Can’t wait to back to Austin for another round!!!

My husband and I celebrated our 7th anniversary at this Japanese restaurant, and it was an incredible experience. The atmosphere in the restaurant is so romantic, perfect for a special dinner. The food is simply amazing – fresh sashimi, delicious wagyu, and the truffle with edible gold, it's to die for! The server was super friendly and made the whole evening even more enjoyable. I don’t remember his name but he has pretty stylish and charming long hair. We had an unforgettable night here, and we're so grateful to this restaurant for making our anniversary so special. Thanks in advance to the manager that helped us with a table inside since my hubby accidentally booked the outside table and it was over 100 degree. Thanks for the consideration because they’re always fully booked. If you're the person who loves authentic Japanese cuisine, I highly recommend this place! Please must ask for the yellow menu! You won’t regret!

Very unique offerings. Blue fin tuna marrow shots, tuna tartare was amazing, nigiri was flavorful, dishes were all very delicious. It pretty expensive as an average nigiri was about $8 bucks.

Great sushi spot! Has a balance of traditional and more modern sushi. The presentation of each dish speaks for itself. The service was top notch...actually better than any other sushi restaurant I've been too. I'm giving them 5 stars. The happy hour was great and there were loads of options. Worth a try!

Very expensive for run-of-the-mmill sushi. Came here for a bite and ordered the salmon Nigiri to start. Very small and covered in an orange flavored sauce for some reason. I wanted salmon sushi, not oranges. The salmon Crunch roll was good, it was a very neat and well constructed roll. Thankfully they allowed the flavors to be their own. It was alright, but nowhere near worth the price. The location is in a strip mall under apartments. For this price I'd expect much better quality.

Katie our server is what truly elevated our dining experience. One of the most knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly servers ive EVER had! I believe the fish comes in fresh in the morning. They cut an entire 510 lb tuna. + Authenticity points in my book. And explains the pricing lol. Below are the foods we had and nada complaints from me: Chu-torodito Truffle something Chili hamachi Hamachi toro Nodoguro O-toro Kama toro - melts in your mouth I also tried the sake and it was delicious. Wish they give you more sake for the price Honest opinion: the food was super good and we had an amazing time!! But its expensive af and i think i like some other sushi restaurants in austin more

Holy cow amazing food, I would say top 2 sea bass I've had in my life. The sushi rolls are also well flavored which for me is rare, no need for soy sauce or ginger, the flavor is amazing.
