Decent Whata and not bad for a fast food place in general. My order was ready on time, hot, and accurate. They didn’t put fries in my bag til I got there, which was a first time seeing that anywhere. Service was fast and friendly even for 1am.

AARON!!! he's the best service attendant. it was a crazy night, many many customers wanting their food ever so quickly. Aaron took our order flawlessly, accepted our indeciveness and delivered with precision. And all with a smile through the busy, chaotic and demanding atmosphere. Whataburger Ceo - if you're reading this, Aarob at this location deserves his own location with many benefits that are comparable to apple or google. thank you.

Ordered the bacon double southern burger and it was yummy. Fries were nice and hot and salted to perfection. Drive through was quick and easy. 👍

Jeremy was great! Not sure if he was a trainee or what but he gave the full welcome to the hometown Whataburger, reminded me about the app (which I forgot I had). Plus he was fast! Very personable employee. I may switch back to going to this Whataburger.

Shout out to Matt, who was working the front counter on the afternoon of 7/12 when I came in. I witnessed him juggling online order pickups, taking in-store orders, and bagging food all whilst still cooking the fries which are time-sensitive. He handled all of these tasks seamlessly and efficiently and remained friendly throughout. To Mgmt: Give this guy a bonus or promotion, he deserves it!

Whataburger #576 (Denson & Lamar - Austin) 10 am Thursday - Restaurant was clean - not acknowledged for a bit (no one else in line at inside counter) but once acknowledged service was fair. Coffee urn in lobby was empty & was also labeled as Decaf - when I asked for regular coffee - manager stated they do not sell Decaf - when I pointed out it was empty they did make more - but urn still shows as Decaf (think that should be addressed). Ordered biscuits and gravy - it was good & gravy serving was more than enough for the one biscuit.
