The Reubens are amazing. However they also have a delicious falafel and vegan tuna. Everything here is great.

The service was wonderful and I tried my first matzo ball soup there which was fantastic. I try to come to Schamltz at least once a month.

This is a vegan Jewish deli trailer. I went because I heard their Matzoh ball soup was the best around from a friend. Neither it or anything on the menu disappointed. I've been looking for solid falafel for years and finally have a place to get my fix. Plus they grill make it just a bit different than what you may have had elsewhere. They also take vegan takes on traditionally meat-heavy sandwiches (patty melt/Reuben). And of course every deli must have its own pickled vegetable offering. Schamltz really demonstrates that vegan/vegetarian foods can be flavorful and complex. Even though its origins lie within a very targeted demo I think everyone will enjoy his/her experience here!
