It's literally very old fashioned Texas style restaurant.
I like it.
The time when we visit was not a lunch or dinner time so there's no customers but I enjoyed the meal.
Cannot say it's awesome.
But I liked the mood of old fashioned.
The dark meat seems much tastier than the white meat. Service was excellent and everyone was nice. It was more clean than the average restaurant. Sides were decent. Price was below average. 3 piece (your choice), plus side and large drink is $11.
I've never heard of Bush's Chicken before, but I saw they have fried chicken livers so I had to check it out. Jeremiah took care of me and was very polite and had a great attitude. Usually younger folks working at fast food restaurants seem to not give a hoot about being polite and respectful, so encountering Jeremiah was a very pleasant surprise. Now I'm chomping down on some freshly fried chicken livers and couldn't be more pleased! Will definitely be back in the future.
I always love Bush’s Chicken and so does my roommate. This location is great. Food is always fresh, fast, and delicious!
I had a wonderful dining experience at this establishment. The chicken dish exceeded my expectations, surpassing what I've had elsewhere. The fries, seasoned with a delightful touch of salt, were a perfect accompaniment. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service. The prices were reasonable, and the iced tea was exceptionally enjoyable. The quick service was a bonus, especially when hunger strikes. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that I highly recommend.
I don't know what they changed but the tenders are 10 times better, Juicy, not skimped on size, not overly breaded with nothing but rock hard bits. It was AMAZING this time.
Tenders juicy, flavorful gravy, gizzards were tasty. Okra was good. I wasn’t a fan of the liver but that’s just a flavor thing.
I mean, come on, it's Bush's chicken, course it's good. Just wanted to say that when I made my order and slipped my hand in my pocket for my wallet, it wasn't there! I recently got a new phone, so none of my NFC payments were set up. In my panic of thoughts I remembered I HAD setup Google's g-pay, I used that and it went thru, the whole thing maybe took a few minutes but the understanding nature of the last few employees (seeing as it was less then 30 to closing) was really nice. 👍👌 Got my food, and drove off enjoying a piece of chicken 🐔 on the way home 🏡
Chicken has been consistent the 3+ times Ive been there. Chicken is juicy, not overcooked and dry
I love this chicken and their ice tea is renowned! Picked up a #10 for a family of three so they wouldn't have to cook and it was fast, fantastic and a best value for the best food! My fave = coleslaw side!
