Starbucks

This Starbucks has always done an amazing job at making drinks and getting them out super fast. I frequent this location and am always in and out in less than 10 minutes and they've even memorized my drink too for when I come in. The staff here are all super friendly and the management keeps everything pretty perfect. I have no complaints at all from this location over the course of about a year of coming here at least once a week or so.

I want to commend on how amazing this Starbucks is. I work downtown a lot, and I always enjoy seeing everyone. Tim, Josh, Max, Kelly, all do great jobs. YOU ALL ARE AWESOME! I want to apologize if I’ve missed anyone because I really do enjoy coming to this location. It’s also very humbling Because I see how they treat everyone. It’s beautiful. This is one of the many reasons of why I love Austin and she’s my city, with that said, when I was back visiting family in South Carolina, I wish this team could teach others about customer service. They just know what they’re doing, and if they have made a mistake, they quickly fix it. Thank you all for making my days brighter especially when I’m working them long days!

Super nice and comfort place to have a frap or your fave drink from this chain. Neat and clean. There was a line when we arrived, but took less than a minute to reach the register and just one minute to get our order. This place has not just one but two gender neutral, single restrooms. Too bad they were out of cake pops, which were the main reason we made a stop from our walk to meet Downtown Austin. Nonetheless, I definitely recommend this place when visiting the city.

This place is the best Starbucks I have ever been in. The awesome staff make me feel at home. Cassie remembers me everytime and works hard to make my stay enjoyable. Not only that, but the atmosphere here can't be beat. Open and welcoming, this place has easily become my number one coffee stop in Austin, TX. Should also mention Sunny. She's a wonderful barista and makes me smile.

Friendly staff who work hard to please customers. This location can go back and forth with the crowds who don't mind the short wait. Seating is fairly good though the tables are just large enough for a full sized laptop, you won't be sharing the same table with two. Great location as it is a few blocks from the club's further East on 6th street.
