Taco Cabana

I had a complaint of a young female parked in a handicapped parking space and reported it to the manager which she took care of that situation. There was also a HR rep in the store conducting a QA to see if employees were aware of the policies of TC and benefits they are able to receive. I was amazed at some of those benefits. Anyone looking for a first time job should start here or really anyone needing a job should try here if they need to acquire food service and customer service skills. The food was still good TC food. Hot and made to order. Salsa bar was clean and filled. Tea was just made and dining area clean.

I went to Taco Cabana with the family. We ordered a full order of chicken and steak fajitas. The food looked and tasted great. The kids really enjoy the rice and beans and the adults loved the fajitas and the sides. The restaurant was clean and staff was friendly and courteous. We all agreed that we would like to visit this location again.

You know service is good when every employee seems to be on the same page. I was greeted right when I walked in by a friendly cashier, ready to take my to-go. Another woman followed me in to pick up her bulk order and was escorted to the salsa bar by a manager to make sure she had everything she needed for her event. When her tacos were ready, a third employee carried them out to her car for her, and when mine were done they delivered them to the table I was waiting at. They're doing things right over here and deserve to be recognized for it! Big up Taco C!

Update: changed rating... Food and service has gotten much better, more consistent, better employees. We haven't gotten bad food or wrong orders in a while. /// 9 mo ago: Food quality control is not good. Sometimes beans are going sour and fajuta meat is dried out leftovers. Its GREAT when it's good, but unreliable. Used to stop here almost every day. Now not so much. If you drive thru, check your order. Many times it's wrong. Love this place. I wish the quality was better.
