My first time here was such a pleasant experience! The gentleman behind the counter was friendly, helpful, and very quick with service! The interior is cozy, and the selection of donuts offered a yummy variety. I will definitely be back! The prices are reasonable, especially when buying for my coworkers.

Fast, friendly service and a great variety of fresh, high quality products make this my go to donut shop in southwest Austin. The drive thru makes it convenient and easy to roll to get breakfast straight out of bed in your pj's if yo7 desire. Definitely worth stopping in if you haven't done so before.

What a joy and a pleasure it has always been for me to come to this particular Shipley Donuts. I’ve never experienced a crew so welcoming, professional and attentive to the customers needs. The products, especially the coffee and my favorite Old Fashioned cinnamon roll, never disappoint. My favorite local donut shop. The staff is always so nice and cheery, even early in the morning. Great donuts (awesome selection) and kolaches. Plenty of drink options. Plenty of parking. Drive thru also.

Wow! The selection was kind of daunting, especially for a 10-year-old! Everyone really liked their choices, including huge cinnamon rolls and gigantic maple frosted long johns. We will definitely be back!

god i love this place.....the donuts are delicious, and they have the best kolaches in south austin.
staff is friendly and welcoming and very helpful.
owner gave me a boudin kolache once to try because they were out of the regular sausages ones......so freakin good!
seriously, try the boudin...
the drive thru will be long, and it'll take a bit of patience to get to the window.....or you can park and walk inside, the smell inside might give you the beetus but it's sooo good!

My kids love 'donut day' where we get a treat from our local donut shop. They have more choices than anyone should really have and there is always something for every taste. The staff are fast and friendly. This is our favorite local sugar fix. To quote Homer Simpson... Mmmmm, donuts.
