We got all 3 enchiladas and brisket quesadilla and all the food was awesome. The meats were as good as you would get at the best bbq joint with just right flavor and moistness. Sauces were all outstanding and tortillas like Tia or Abuella made. All of this and great service. Cant wait to try the other menu items. THANKS!!!
Absolutely by far great Service and great food!! My wife is down with the flu so I took our kids up their yesterday and Tia was absolutely the kindest and most generous person to myself and my two kiddos. Not a huge enchilada person but these by far were the best I had. Brisket was on point. My son devoured his chicken taco and my daughter who is very picky loved her customized cheese and spinach quesadilla. Can't wait to have more!!! Thank you Tia!!!
So good! Friendly service and the portions were huge for the price. I ordered 2 tacos but could only eat half of each and they were so delicious. We didn't call ahead and it took a little while but definitely worth the wait. They were already out of brisket by about 10 am but there are a lot of other options to try if you can't get there early enough. I would highly recommend!
Our favorite place to stop when we drive through. Tia is so sweet and friendly. Food is fresh and delicious all of the homemade hot sauces and tortillas are amazing. Loved the veggie enchiladas with poblano cream sauce.

Tia’s Kitchen Taco Truck came to my daughters wedding this past weekend. My daughter envisioned a taco truck for her wedding, and Tia provided one in spades!! First of all, her prices were the best of any taco truck we got quotes from. Second of all, she had to be the sweetest person in the world and was very helpful in making this the best experience.
But... then the food!! Oh the tacos!! Everyone at the wedding loved these tacos! The brisket tacos were especially incredibly delicious. We originally wanted Torchys Tacos. I was told over and over hat these tacos were better then Torchy’s... and I agree!! And the guacamole!!!! Oh the guacamole!!
Thank you Tia for making my daughter’s special day even better!! When we come to Austin next, we will seek out your truck for more yummy food!!
So good! I had 2 brisket tacos with rice and refried beans. The home made flour tortillas are amazing. My meal was well priced and absolutely delicious. The owner was incredibly kind and takes great pride in her cooking.
Picked up tacos for my wife and I on the way home. Brisket on flour, brisket on corn, chicken on flour, and veggie on corn. All home made and they grilled veggies fresh when ordered. Super yummy! Definitely will be picking up dinner here again soon.

I had the brisket taco and chicken taco. They were the best tacos I have ever had!! Home made tortillas and Tia doesn't cheat you on the meat. She loads the tacos up and they are so delicious. Tia is treats you like family.
