So good! Friendly service and the portions were huge for the price. I ordered 2 tacos but could only eat half of each and they were so delicious. We didn't call ahead and it took a little while but definitely worth the wait. They were already out of brisket by about 10 am but there are a lot of other options to try if you can't get there early enough. I would highly recommend!

I have driven to Tia's twice now. Once on a Saturday at 7:15am when they are scheduled to open at 7am. They were not open yet. Then again at 9am on a Tuesday morning and they were closed for catering. That's two strikes and I don't plan on driving there again. Probably a 15 minute drive so I've got an hour invested now. If they hours of operation are online, they should stick with them so people don't drive there for no reason

Tia’s Kitchen Taco Truck came to my daughters wedding this past weekend. My daughter envisioned a taco truck for her wedding, and Tia provided one in spades!! First of all, her prices were the best of any taco truck we got quotes from. Second of all, she had to be the sweetest person in the world and was very helpful in making this the best experience. But... then the food!! Oh the tacos!! Everyone at the wedding loved these tacos! The brisket tacos were especially incredibly delicious. We originally wanted Torchys Tacos. I was told over and over hat these tacos were better then Torchy’s... and I agree!! And the guacamole!!!! Oh the guacamole!! Thank you Tia for making my daughter’s special day even better!! When we come to Austin next, we will seek out your truck for more yummy food!!

Picked up tacos for my wife and I on the way home. Brisket on flour, brisket on corn, chicken on flour, and veggie on corn. All home made and they grilled veggies fresh when ordered. Super yummy! Definitely will be picking up dinner here again soon. I posted a picture of the menu posted to this review.
