Hunan River Place

I'm from out town, which is disappointing, because I would be coming to this place all the time! Probably a good thing I can't (need to lose weight.) I ordered the Orange Peel Chicken Entree, which could have easily fed 3 people. Had a side of fried rice, which was piled so high, it should have been two bowls. Needless to say, I had a to go box that will be my next lunch/dinner. The food was not only plentiful, but delicious. And the big man behind the counter was super nice and helpful. Also, there is plenty of different sauces on the tables to season, if needed. You won't see this place from the road, but it's there. Doesn't look like much, but worth the trip!

Friendly atmosphere in a great location! The food is reasonably priced and is DELICIOUS!! Great customer service, the food comes out very quickly and is hot and fresh! The beef bulgogi was perfect and brought back fond memories of my time in South Korea. I cannot wait to come back to try everything else on the menu!

I was so disappointed when I pulled up. It looks like one of those bad Chinese food places with only takeout. But there are actually tables so I begrudgingly went in. I WAS SO WRONG!!! The food is insanely delicious. It's the quality of the really expensive and fancy places. It was immediately cooked for me and I couldn't be happier. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

After working in the area for a couple years I've come to realize that this is the best food, and by far the best lunch special, in the area. A huge entree, soup, rice and eggroll for under 10 bucks can't be beat! Plus they always have it made quick and packaged perfectly for travel. Food is excellent as well, with probably 50 plus choices of different sauces and vegetables with your choice of meat. Plus, huge portions that I always eagerly save for the next day or dinner, my favorites being the Spicy Bulgogi and the Salt and Pepper chicken. Can't really knock this place at all except sometimes there aren't too many empty tables given the location size!
