Chick-fil-a

Our very first time at a Chick-fil-A. We don't have one in Calgary, or Alberta, and had wanted to see what the fuss was about during our first visit to Texas. Usually when you order anything chicken breast related it is dry and unpalitable, but the basic chicken burger with pickles was juicy and really delicious. The waffle fries were perfectly salted. You really don't need any condiments. However, the Chick-fil-A sauce was a yummy bonus. The staff are all very friendly and generally have smiles. The gentleman who served us (Cameron) was fantastic and very helpful. We will definitle be back to this location before we head home.

I order delivery from this specific Chik-Fil-A more often than I'd like to admit, and the quality is always consistently great. I had a rare occurrence recently of a misdelivered order, so I called in and their customer service was top tier. I believe the delivery organizer working that morning was named Hope, and she went out of her way to remake my breakfast order even though breakfast hours had ended by that time. The delivery driver Marco even realized his mistake, and went back to retrieve the misdelivered order and bring it to my door. Everyone from the kitchen to the delivery drivers work hard to make sure the customer is happy.
