I really want to like this place. Food is tasty... taco size is underwhelming for $5 per. Atmosphere is OK. Having the bathrooms require a code and the cook not able to tell you the code correctly is what threw me off. Suggest you go before you go if you know what I mean.

Always friendly service. Always hit fresh and delicious tacos. Incredibly convenient location. Absolutely one of my go to places when I need to get tacos for a large group.

Stopped in, One Taco has been on my hit list. I ordered el pastor street taco's. If you haven't been to One Taco, you really need too. Absolutely delicious, Nicole took great care to make my experience perfect!

Stopped by for coffee and tacos to go.
Ordered the classic. Eggs, bacon, potatoes. Flour tortilla. Tried all 3 salsa options. Classic red, not to hot, definitely fresh. Green salsa, nice kick again obviously fresh. Creamy Green was awesome!
The tacos are stuffed. Real bacon pieces and shredded hash brown style potatoes.
Service was quick. Order was done in less than 10 minutes. Will be back.

Quality, flavor, authenticity, and creativity are rare characteristics for any dining establishment to have simultaneously, all while catering to the modern palate. I want to spend my money where people devote their time to the quality of their work rather than superficial “instagramable” aesthetics. Top left- Campechana, Top right-pollo asado, Bottom 2- pastor.

We have had tacos here and there in Austin. This is our first time to finally find a place where you have pineapple in Al pastor! We both love it a lot! I found it by just search in map ‘best taco in Austin’. Lol it definitely hold it. Will come back in the future.

This is my second location for One Taco that I have visited. I just happened to stop in to eat during the lunch hour. There was a steady flow of people that looked very happy to be there and even met up with people they knew. I personally am addicted to their tacos al pastor! Great food.

The tacos are really delicious and you can tell they marinate their meats prior. I tried the Pollo asado and Carne Asada tacos and they both tasted great. The cheese was crispy which was different for me and they could add more meat or additions to their tacos for the price they're putting them. All around the taste was awesome :D
