There rice is delicious and the pork chicken or beef and melted cheese on it even though is an extra dollar really good food and is right across the street from uta so stop shop for the students coming through and filling the whole place with a lovely atmosphere much respect to the staff and service was really helpful in selecting the dishes thank you

I live in El Paso, TX, my son had a bit of an emergency tonight next door to this restaurant. After calling all the businesses on Guadalupe street, Noe was the only one that helped me get a message to my son. Very difficult to find good people that are willing to go out of their way to help a stranger. Thank you Noe for your help!!!

This place have always been my go to place for a quick meal, but today I had a terrible experience with one of the new worker. I went in line and ask for a bowl as usual, and this middle age homeless looking guy with a few missing teeth told me they ran out of it when there’s obviously still plenty. He stared at me for seconds before getting me rice, and when I asked for an order of extra rice he responded “NO”. After that another worker took over my order. I’m very confused by my experience today. I don’t know if he’s mentally unwell or he is discriminating against me because of my ethnicity, but whatever is the case this needs to be taken care of, thank you.

Today I placed on order on the app for pickup. After waiting awhile for my order, I realized I had somehow actually placed it at the wrong location. Unable to get to a different part of town, I went through the line. Regardless of the fact that it was totally an error on my part, Nick and Justice were incredibly helpful and got my order to me promptly. I really appreciate y'all helping me out when you didn't have to, especially during a lunch rush. Working in food service I get how moments like that can disrupt your work flow etc., so thanks immensely y'all for going out of your way to be kind!! <3 Plus, it was fresh, hot, and tasty!

Close proximity to college is good. In my opinion, Chipotle tastes better than Cabo Bob's (even though they are not as fresh) and it is also a tad cheaper. However, the wait time can be a little too long in some cases and they are almost guaranteed to be missing half of their toppings. I'll just take off one star here though since it tastes good.
