Red Lobster

I quit going to Red lobster because the one in round Rock is horrible. My adult children took me to the one on Anderson. The food was delicious, I loved the broccoli and the lobster tails were perfect. There was a party and the kitchen was slow but our waiter Josh was patient, kind, and encouraged us along the way. I will be going back to the Anderson lane Red lobster. I can't get over how the food tasted, at others it taste like it was frozen and warmed up but the cook must have added their own twist. Thanks Josh, thanks management, thanks chef you did a slam dunk 😘

FAITH RESTORED! BRING ON THE SHRIMP! Given my previous experience at the Lamar location, I was skeptical in returning to Red Lobster. However the stuffed mushrooms & that Unlimited Shrimp deal just kept calling my name! At the door I felt at ease when the hostess was excited to see us walk in with a beautiful smile and no hesitation to get us seated. Then our waiter, Alecia (I'm sorry for misspelling), kindly made us feel very welcomed, was well informed, spoke with clarity, and went ABOVE & beyond to truly give my friend and I a grand experience. In addition, EVEN MORE exciting is that the Unlimited Shrimp Promotion added on additional goodies, Dragon Shrimp (Which was literally sold out already on a TUESDAY evening) + Crab Rangoon shrimp, Red Lobster Style and still delicious! This would be my 3rd time getting the Unlimited Shrimp, and each time there is a step up which is absolutely fantastic and adaptable to market, especially considering being in Austin with a highly competitive food industry. THANK YOU RED LOBSTER, not only for your compensation of my previous distressing experience, but also for the shrimp promo and changin it up! It's Awesome! :) <3 Cheers to MORE SHRIMP! My dining experience this location was AMAZING!! I would recommend this particular location to anyone who wants to enjoy being welcomed warmly from entering the front door and being greeted by such customer friendly hostesses to my Server . The chef that prepared my meal ,not only got the temperatures correct to culinary perfection,the seasoning in my meal ,came with a skill that is well honed!! My server,was so attentive and efficient that this company should know that he represents them on an exemplary level!! The new manager only solidified my unparalleled satisfaction with his visual teamwork efforts!! If the ability to give more stars was available I would give them all!!

Javi was our waiter. He was prompt,courteous friendly and all that you would want your waiter/waitress to be. The cool part about it is that he said he's usually in the back cooking...but picked up extra shifts waiting tables. As good as his service was and how professional he came across you would think he's been doing it for a while. Very polite and with a genuine personality. We wish you the best Javier. Thank you for such great service.

We sat down between work and church and the food, service and everything was great. My wife and I split the Salmon New Orleans. Just the right amount of food. It was delicious! The sauce had the right amount of spice and was called cajun butter sauce. We also got the broccoli and mashed potatoes. It also had a few shrimp. The biscuits were good for an appetizer and dessert. We will try this again. Gina, our waitress was fabulous. Go see them.
