If you can get it fresh, like any panda, the orange chicken is solid restaurant quality. You just got to get it fresh.

Highly disappointed, we ordered three entrée and one side , chow mein
The chow mein had hair in it , which you can see clearly in the pic is under the noodle . When I showed it to the employee , the manager came and said that its not their problem it can be anybody hair and we cannot do anything about it ..🤯

Gotta try the cheese ragoons! But only a few and the shrimp is so good, chow mein has a few too many big pieces of veggies for my taste but that's just personal opinion! Overall amazing food and nice people working here

Came in the other night at 9 and they were out of everything and already cleaning up. Would of been ok if they didn't close till 10. Another customer asked if they were making more food and they instructed her they were done for the night and all equipment had been turned off and cleaned. Poor customer service in my opinion. If you close at 10 food should be made till at least 9:30.

I just got home and opened up my meal... I purchased Steak and Shrimp plus Walnut Shrimp, waited a really long time for it and look what I've got the for price that they charged - 2 pieces of steak and 2 shrimps, not even a straw for the soda. My business with this franchise is done. They probably hired hired some highly skilled teens so they can save some $$$ for the company.

Orange chicken was dry and stale. Tasted like it had been sitting overnight and was reheated. Also got fried rice and it tasted terrible. Last time I'll be going to this location. I suggest going to the Four Points location.

Horrible horrible experience I went in to order food around 7:30 on a Saturday night and I got two entrep late with honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken and chow mein at the chow mein was so dry it would just crack when you picked it up the crab rangoons that I ordered I couldn't even eat they were so stale and old the walnut shrimp was untrueable it was so old so when I called today Sunday that person in charge told me that there was nothing that she could do before anything she I was wanting a refund she denied that didn't offer a replacement or anything very disappointed I work in the food business and the quality of that food was not acceptable it was horrible I didn't even eat it I ended up throwing it away

Four months ago, I gave this location a harsh 2-star review, and the reason was unsatisfactory portions. Fast forward, and I still don't know if they proactively listened to my feedback, but currently I do feel like the portions being served are well measured and I am very happy to see this change.
I also appreciate how their lady manager is always on top of everything, and always has the best energy. You can also tell she knows her customers.
I imagine she would see my face and be, "here comes the 2-star reviewer," hahaha, but I honestly could never tell because she has always been the sweetest.
This is so underrated and is such a game changer in retail, especially, both for employees and customers. So thank you! Thanks for the great food, good portions, and the overall customer experience. I come here and leave with a happy, full stomach and enjoy the energy of the place.
