Lovely little coffee shop in the boathouse, along the trail. Attractive outdoor seating. Friendly service. Reasonable prices given quality/location. Coffee was pretty good, and the disposable cup was high quality.

Great location with a large porch with views of Town Lake (Ladybird Lake). Good place for people watch especially on weekends with all the activity from the Rowing club below the coffee shop. The coffee is fine and the food options are minimal. The draw here is the porch and the view.

Great stop on Town Lake trail, great set-up to rest from your run or enjoy a drink. The seating area outside is comfortable for a quick coffee or breakfast. The outdoor deck faces the lake and you can see all kinds of wildlife from it. The place is pet friendly, has clean restrooms, and has hot and cold drinks- including a delicious rosé cider. Enjoy the visit.

Great place for coffee in Austin. A beautiful spot over the water. (Also the first place I’ve been to that did not burn the milk)

I've been riding my bike past this place for months and decided to give it a try. It is super legit. My latte was on point. And the staff, and bagel, were great too. And was able to sit on the deck and work comfortably for a good long while. As for the "vibe" I'll let the photo speak for itself.

Nice coffee shop located right on the bike and bike trail, inside the Walter Creek Boathouse. No indoor seating, but they have a few tables outside. Some are shaded. It’s a nice stop while hiking or after renting a kayak. I usually take one of their iced drinks and always enjoyed them.

I love this place. Except their menu has changed recently and it’s a bit overpriced for just ok food. Limited choices on food but great beer and coffee and view of Lady Bird Lake!

Healthy amount of drink options with a great chai latte to fall back on. Mask requirement makes it hard for those coming off the trails to stop in given they may not have a mask on them unfortunately. Great scenery and views for traveling remoters
