Great visit to The Brewtorium. We tried two food dishes: 1) the Bratstickers - dumplings filled with btratwurst. Very flavorful and a nicely paired dipping sauce. ($6ish for 6) 2) Pearcuitto Flammkuchen - large German stile pizza. Has well put together flavors. Large portion making it great for a full meal for two or sharing with an app or side with more ($16.50). Beers: They offer full pints and half pints. We went during the soft opening and they had approx. 7 beers on tap. More will be added as they continue to brew. Vienna Lager was tasty, Porter was excellent, Wit was well done. Our least favorite as the session IPA but it’s their first batches on a new system (we went during soft opening). I expect beers to balance out as they dial in the new system. Seating: Ample seating with a combo of picnic style tables, booths and cocktail tables. They have two smaller rooms (likely for small events) available and a beer garden on the way. Overall greatly enjoyed our visit and will be back again!

At The Brewtorium you will find great food and great beer brought to you by a hard working, hospitable staff. Chris and Whitney, longtime residents of north Austin, quit their day jobs to pursue this dream and a lot of people are glad they did. Put simply, Chris is a beer wizard. The beers on tap are the end result of several hundred homebrew batches and almost an equal number of awards and medals. This project is a welcome addition to the commuter rail line. Inside is a huge space that still somehow feels cozy. Need some fresh air? There's also a beer garden out back. They've nailed that old school, unpretentious vibe that made so many of us fall in love with Austin in the first place. I have been twice in the first month and will definitely be a frequent return customer.

Great and cheap food. Tons of beer options and they’re all good. Prices are not bad at all. The place is very spacious with different outdoor and indoor seating. There’s also a game area. I love the live band with good music as well.

Great food. Tons of beer options, obviously. The Joe vs Avocado bowl salad was quite good. I love that they included quinoa and corn. We wanted light so we split the salad. Prices are not bad at all. You kinda have to know what to do when you walk in You go to the bar counter before you sit down. They tell you what table number to go to. You can order then, but you may want to order drinks then sit at the table to figure out what to eat. They have just 2 or 3 menus at the bar. You'll want to use the QR code on the napkin holders to get the menu at your seat. Once your party knows what they want, then you get back in line at the bar to order. After the first time, you'll get the gist.

I can’t believe this has been here five years and I hadn’t been to it. It’s an awesome place for anyone who enjoys good beer, a great big beer hall atmosphere, friendly barkeeps (special shout-out for Natalie!), and excellent food. I loved both hazy IPAs we tried, as well as the Belgian white with orange and cinnamon. The Brewtorious P.I.G German-style pizza was delicious, as was the apple and caramel bread pudding. We got there about 4:45 on a Thursday and the after work folks were already arriving for some downtime. By the time we left, the place was jam-packed! It’s easy to see why. There is a roomy parking lot on the far side of the building, as well as on-street parking. In cooler weather, the outdoor beer garden must be nice. To get to it, you walk down the long, long hall past the restrooms AND the axe-throwing venue. I still miss the fragrance of Butterkrust Bakery when I was driving past this building on Airport Boulevard, but if that had to go, this is a truly worthy re-invention of the venerable space. It was altogether a great time, so we will be back soon and often!

Met up with friends on Saturday, the place was packed but we manage to get our drinks and a table. The staff is very nice, they let us try some of the beer before we made our final choice. I tried the lightning wizard, it was delicious. We also ordered a Mac and cheese and a soft pretzel with some dip. Good vibes and good company. They were playing a sports game on the projector as well. Will come back again!

We don’t drink but actually come here regularly for food! The pretzel and cheesy beer sauce is a must have, and delicious delicious crawfish étouffée! Brats tasted a bit bland and undercooked but that’s not the star of the smorgasbord anyway

The pretzels were very tasty and very soft. One of the best pretzels I have eaten so far. The beers were good too, covering most of the types. The German pizzas were also great.

In town for a football game, had to check out this place. Had the IPAs they had on the board, all were good. Friendly staff. Very cool place.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this fantastic brewing restaurant and was blown away by the quality of their German-style pizza and beer. Not only was the food delicious and authentic, but the atmosphere was perfect for a birthday party or any kind of celebration. The pizza crust was crispy and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. I especially enjoyed the traditional German sausage and sauerkraut pizza, which was a perfect blend of savory and tangy flavors. And the beer selection was top-notch, with a variety of styles to choose from, including some great local brews. But what really sets this place apart is the atmosphere. The spacious and rustic dining room is great for large groups, and the staff went out of their way to make our birthday party a memorable experience. They even brought out a complimentary dessert for the birthday girl! Overall, I highly recommend this brewing restaurant for anyone looking for delicious German-style pizza and beer in a fun and festive atmosphere. It's the perfect spot for a birthday party or any other special occasion.

Really good. Dog friendly patio. Wheelchair accessible. Very friendly staff...you won't feel crowded..good spacing. The food was delicious. The Bratwurst was amazing with grilled onions..the side of grilled potatoes was the best in Austin. I would recommend this place to others.

Went here for the first time about a month ago and we really enjoyed our time. The Brewtorium has an excellent selection of beer choices and nice food options, more than just bar food. We ordered a Reuben for our meal and Cinnamon sugar pretzel for dessert, both was delicious. When we went, the inside seating was available, but we decided to sit outside. They have a large outdoor patio area and everyone, including staff was practicing physically distancing and wearing masks when possible. When a customer left, staff sanitized the table and chair for the next customer. We can't wait to go back.
