We don’t drink but actually come here regularly for food! The pretzel and cheesy beer sauce is a must have, and delicious delicious crawfish étouffée! Brats tasted a bit bland and undercooked but that’s not the star of the smorgasbord anyway

Great and cheap food. Tons of beer options and they’re all good. Prices are not bad at all. The place is very spacious with different outdoor and indoor seating. There’s also a game area. I love the live band with good music as well.

In town for a football game, had to check out this place. Had the IPAs they had on the board, all were good. Friendly staff. Very cool place.

I can’t believe this has been here five years and I hadn’t been to it. It’s an awesome place for anyone who enjoys good beer, a great big beer hall atmosphere, friendly barkeeps (special shout-out for Natalie!), and excellent food. I loved both hazy IPAs we tried, as well as the Belgian white with orange and cinnamon. The Brewtorious P.I.G German-style pizza was delicious, as was the apple and caramel bread pudding. We got there about 4:45 on a Thursday and the after work folks were already arriving for some downtime. By the time we left, the place was jam-packed! It’s easy to see why. There is a roomy parking lot on the far side of the building, as well as on-street parking. In cooler weather, the outdoor beer garden must be nice. To get to it, you walk down the long, long hall past the restrooms AND the axe-throwing venue. I still miss the fragrance of Butterkrust Bakery when I was driving past this building on Airport Boulevard, but if that had to go, this is a truly worthy re-invention of the venerable space. It was altogether a great time, so we will be back soon and often!

Absolutely delicious. I got one of the pizzas and it was so good!! The pretzel and queso was also amazing. Seems like you can't go wrong with food choices. A nice selection of beers and drinks. Lots of great open space too.

Met up with friends on Saturday, the place was packed but we manage to get our drinks and a table. The staff is very nice, they let us try some of the beer before we made our final choice. I tried the lightning wizard, it was delicious. We also ordered a Mac and cheese and a soft pretzel with some dip. Good vibes and good company. They were playing a sports game on the projector as well. Will come back again!

The pretzels were very tasty and very soft. One of the best pretzels I have eaten so far. The beers were good too, covering most of the types. The German pizzas were also great.

Great food. Tons of beer options, obviously. The Joe vs Avocado bowl salad was quite good. I love that they included quinoa and corn. We wanted light so we split the salad. Prices are not bad at all. You kinda have to know what to do when you walk in You go to the bar counter before you sit down. They tell you what table number to go to. You can order then, but you may want to order drinks then sit at the table to figure out what to eat. They have just 2 or 3 menus at the bar. You'll want to use the QR code on the napkin holders to get the menu at your seat. Once your party knows what they want, then you get back in line at the bar to order. After the first time, you'll get the gist.

A brewery, pretty hip, 'bier garten' vibes. It's on a back street off of Airport just north of 51st Street. Very near the train stop. Food: The pizza looked good but ended up choosing the Buffalo schnitzel sandwich. About $13. It was very tasty. Quite small though, almost like a large slider more than a proper entree. Got the fries and the aioli. Both good but also a small number of fries. Loss of one star for that size thing. The menu does seem to be German inspired and so does the atmosphere. Parking: Parking is kind of a punk but not terrible, the parking lot was very full and the spots were small, so be aware of this if you have a medium to large vehicle. There's also some free street parking, but seems less than ideal. Beer: The first time I went to this place I got a beer flight, you can't see anywhere the pricing for the flight except online, and they only have 10 draught beers and you pick 5. Four of them are IPAs, and one of them is the same IPA with lime, so really just nine draft beers. That said, all their beers were good except I thought one of the IPAs was a little too fruity. Even though it was just labeled hazy. There was one labeled fruited hazy IPA that I did not try. Probably glad for that. Because I am an acutely aware human, as I was ordering the flights, I noticed that two of the beers were small 9 oz pours normally. I asked how they did that because if all the pours are 5 oz in the flight then that's a good deal. Only after I ask the question was it revealed they were going to charge it extra $3 per 5 oz flight glass (that would have been a 9 oz pour in a regular glass). The flight was normally $15 but ended up being more because of the $3 extras, but I really did want a proper selection and sample of their beers. I felt that $3 extra should have been told up front as soon as we picked one of those beers, but I think he was just going to let us order it and charge us for it which would have been pretty annoying. Also it's annoying that they charge extra for it anyway. That said... Service: The service is one line, you order everything from the one line, so if you want another beer you have to wait in line again. The line varies a lot and moves pretty quickly so it wasn't a big deal, and didn't get a second beer anyway, but if one wanted one... Both of the people at the registers were seemingly well informed and courteous. No complaints there. It also appeared like you were supposed to leave your plates/ glasses on the table as I did not see anywhere to drop them.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this fantastic brewing restaurant and was blown away by the quality of their German-style pizza and beer. Not only was the food delicious and authentic, but the atmosphere was perfect for a birthday party or any kind of celebration. The pizza crust was crispy and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. I especially enjoyed the traditional German sausage and sauerkraut pizza, which was a perfect blend of savory and tangy flavors. And the beer selection was top-notch, with a variety of styles to choose from, including some great local brews. But what really sets this place apart is the atmosphere. The spacious and rustic dining room is great for large groups, and the staff went out of their way to make our birthday party a memorable experience. They even brought out a complimentary dessert for the birthday girl! Overall, I highly recommend this brewing restaurant for anyone looking for delicious German-style pizza and beer in a fun and festive atmosphere. It's the perfect spot for a birthday party or any other special occasion.
