Panera Bread

Very relaxed panera location in such a busy shopping area. Amanda in particular was very nice and accommodating. They accidentally got my order wrong, but I thought I could just pick it off. She offered to remake it, but I thought that was silly, so instead she offered to remove the tomatoes for me so my hands don't get dirty. She is running around being an absolute star employee and friendly too.

Their menu offers a fantastic range of options that cater to all tastes. From fresh sandwiches to hearty salads and delectable pastries, every bite is a delight. The bread is simply divine, with a variety of flavors and textures to choose from. Plus, their ongoing promotions, like the unlimited sip deal this summer, add extra value to it. We dined in for lunch and ordered at the kiosk. The smokey buffalo chicken melt on a toasted baguette was deliclous, filling, and flavorful. Had a side of macaroni and it's probably my favorite macaronl to have. The cheese flatbread plzza was very cheesy and blgger than I expected. Also had a half tuna salad sandwich which tasted fresh and the half green goddess cobb salad with chicken was delicious. Customer service was good and the restaurant was clean.

Today was my first time going to Panera. The sandwich was great...after they made it the second time. The first sandwich had lettuce that was so old I was liquidy and it looked like cooked lettuce. After that, the manager made me a new sandwich and was very nice. I would eat there again because the second sandwich was delicious and they corrected the mistake! The great customer service when ordering and when mistake was presented, never faltered. Try their Blood Orange Lemonade, a new fave!

Great place for lunch, some light meal, casual interviews, or just hang out with friends. Love their soup and bread, I always get their “you pick 2”, and get a side apple when I feel like eating healthy. You can sign up an account to receive and build up points to redeem free items later(kinda like Starbucks, thought Panera Bread is actually the first to came up the idea of “third place”, between work and home, even earlier than Starbucks), pretty good customer loyalty program, you can also get a birthday reward each year, a free bakery. This location has outdoor seating. Staffs are helpful and friendly.
