Pluckers was incredible, thanks to the incredible service from Alex. Her warmth and genuine friendliness transformed my dining experience into something truly exceptional. Alex didn't just serve, she connected, making me feel like a valued friend rather than just a customer. I love Pluckers, and if you're lucky enough to have Alex as your server, you're in for a treat!

Shout out to Alex! I believe this gentlemen is one of the managers of this establishment. And if he isn’t, this man is manager material. I showed up at 1:30 am on a weekday. I understand when you show up late to restaurants. You’re running the risk of bad food. Even then, Alex treated me with respect and hospitality. I love my wings extra crispy and I usually request xtra crispy times 4!!! This man Alex made sure that my wings came out beyond crispy! Just the way I like it. And shout out to the cook in the back, cause man. He killed it. Pluckers can be up and down when it comes to experiences but it’s employees like Alex that make these experiences consistently amazing!! Thank you for the fantastic customer service!

The food is always good here. My favorite flavors so far are chili lime, spicy lemon pepper, and bakers gold. The nachos, buffalo bites, and fried pickles are delicious. Highly recommend the fried Oreos. If you don’t have the pluckers membership, what you doing with your money? Trust me, it’s worth getting it.

I don’t know if I was just starving, but these wings are actually amazing. They were perfectly crispy and absolutely coated in the wonderful sauces. We tried both the maple chipotle and the spicy garlic parmesan, both of which were fantastic on their own and in the ranch. We also tried the loaded fries which were just okay, they were waffle fries with cheese and a mountain of sour cream basically, but let’s be real, you’re coming here for the wings. Our waitress perfectly matched our vibe too and gave us great recommendations and service. Overall this place can’t be beat for wings, especially if you’re at UT.

2nd time coming to Pluckers and 1st time in this branch. Our server Madison was so nice (she just need to smile tho). Our food was served hot and fresh too! The Beav was so good! A must try! The wings is okay. Def coming back in this branch, didn’t fail me and hubby for the 2nd try, given that we got some issues at Lamar branch! Cheers🥳
