We had such a great girls night here! Our waitress Taylor really went above and beyond making sure we were cared for. The oysters were great, and the Caesar salad was a truly great surprise of a dish. Will definitely go again and recommend anyone in the are to check it out

Delicious food. Service was fantastic! Went for brunch yesterday with two friends. Crab fried rice was delicious, hush puppies were amazing, and the bloody mary was delicious and nice and boozy. Can’t want to go back.

Fresh and delicious oysters. We tried both the gulf and Atlantic. Love them both. Nice open air patio. Perfect for the current weather

Went for the oysters. Pretty good. Service is slightly slow but would come back again because of the food.

This is the place you go when you want seafood and care about the quality. I have been here quite a few times. Everyone is always very kind and helpful, like they actually care. The food is very fresh and comes out quick. I like to get the $1 oysters. Fun fact, they make their own sauces. I ordered the brownie (to go) to share with my friends who thought it was absolutely AMAZING. One person took 1/4 of it. If you want good cooking and scratch made food, this is the place.
edit: thought the brownie was GF, but it's not, it's still really really good. The kind of good brownie where the crust is crunchy and the center is gooey and stays that way after cooling. I love this place! The service is always ON POINT!

This was my favorite restaurant in all of Austin and the state of Texas while I lived there for a year. It's one of the few places that I miss there! The food is absolutely incredible and delicious! The fried okra was a must! TLC Austin is an absolute treat, and a must when in Austin!

Incredible experience thanks to the most amazing waiters Allie and Max. They were remarkable, super kind and helpful. the food was so delicious! The Bubba sandwich was in this delicious crispy bread, the $1 oysters were so good, and the star of the show was the brisket chili!

I was visiting from Miami, Florida and I went to TLC Austin for lunch with family. The staff was very friendly and our waiter Garrett was awesome. The place has a relaxed and casual vibe even though it was 106 degrees. The food was amazing and affordable and the service was fantastic. I definitely recommend TLC Austin and I will be returning whenever I'm in Austin.

I so wish that I found this place sooner! Food is all amazing but that Atomic Shrimp is crazy!!! Atmosphere is super fun and the staff are all fun and friendly. Side note, you get a free package of crackers every time your server walks over…to be honest, it can end up being a lot of crackers.
If any of the owners read this, put a banner out front that mentions the type of food y’all have because it took me too long to figure out the amazing stuff coming out of your kitchen.

Tried something new.
This establishment takes reservations but the place was pretty empty when my husband and I arrived. I think we beat the rush.
We shared:
Raw Oysters - Husband could not get enough of these lil critters. He absolutely loved the freshness and flavor.
Andouille & Cheddar Hushpuppies - Surprisingly good. I was leery of the andouille in it but it all blended together well. A bit of spice but not too much.
The Boil - Dungeness Crab (as they were out of Snow Crab) with Smoked Garlic and Lemon Garlic Butter. This was d e l i c i o u s! The crab was fresh and cooked perfectly. The Smoked Garlic it was cooked with did not overpower the crab at all. I would order this again when I come back.
Redfish and Crab - Was not really worth the money it costs, to me anyway. The Husband was practically drooling over it he liked it so much. I was not that impressed, I preferred the crab in the boil instead.
All in all we had a pleasant experience. The restaurant has a nice ambience, was clean and the staff was friendly. As we were leaving it started to get busy, so certain times of the day a reservation would be best.
I recommend this place.
