The exterior of these biscuits is insanely crispy, and the interior super fluffy. Each sandwich is perfectly balanced - this business has clearly tested their menu and works hard to give each sandwich their best. This is literally the best biscuit that I have had in my life! The service is even better! Michael, the ambassador, gave us free strawberry lemonade, and free dough doughs. The location is good, sitting on the stools looking out and enjoying Texas winter. It’s such an enjoyable time. Usually I don’t like strawberry lemonade, but this one here I have to say it’s very very good. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

We had family in from out of town, and we made a run over today for a quick bite at bird bird biscuit. It was our first time there, so I didn’t know what to expect…. I got into a fun and friendly conversation about spicy chicken and whether sandwiches should have dill or sweet pickles on it with one of the founders, super nice guy, and when our order came out, he added a free Firebird sandwich with the rest of our order, who dues that?!?! Another friend the employee brought out some bacon for our dog… Again, who does that?!?! Honestly, everybody’s food was spectacular. We will bring every out of town guest PLUS ourselves back here again, and again. And AGAIN!! And in case you were wondering, the spicy, sweet pickles that they add on the Firebird sandwich were on point! Great call!!!

HANDS DOWN, the best biscuits you'll ever eat! The biscuits themselves are large and square, but surprisingly light and hold up to strong flavors. I highly recommend the Firebird (hot and spicy) and the Theodore (BBQ and bacon). If you want to keep it simple, they have a egg/cheese biscuit or impossible sausage for vegetarians

Just hoped in my car after eating to write this! I was having horrible luck, both restaurants I tired before coming were closed/out of business. I’d told Tommy when he was showing me the menus and how to order. He then gave me a rundown of their popular items, offered me a free drink, and told me we’ll make sure your food is great. And great it was! They even added in the dough doughs as a treat, staff was extremely kind to me and anyone else I saw them interact with. I highly recommend! Atmosphere got 4/5 only because all seating is outdoors which in Texas is a bit rough.

I was going to wait until my next visit to write a review because I had to do takeout ten minutes before closing, but my experience today was exceptional. Michael, who is there on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, takes excellent care of his customers. Be sure to be there during those times because he mentioned that he usually gives away a treat. He’s beyond friendly and makes sure that we have an exceptional first time experience, which we did. The Queen Beak (spicy sweet) was not just delicious; it was out of this world! 11/10, and I'm eagerly looking forward to try the other items on the menu.

Food was really good . I had the spicy chicken biscuit with added egg & bacon. There is not indoor seating but the weather was nice so we sat outside. Most of the staff walked by but never spoke or acknowledged us. They were a bit standoffish except for one worker with red twists in his hair. He was extremely nice and helpful. An interaction wasn't required so I'd definitely return for the food. A must try !

So good it’s scary Love these guys! Their chicken biscuits are always fresh tasting and come out piping hot. Whatever brine they use on their chicken is insane because it’s always juicy and perfectly tender. Their service is also fantastic, with someone checking in on us every once in a while even with it being a service window only. Would definitely recommend this place!

Without a doubt, Bird Bird Biscuit reigns supreme when it comes to chicken biscuits! Our initial venture to this establishment left us thoroughly impressed. Opting for the Queen Beak option, we were met with chicken that boasted a delightful light and crispy texture. Accompanying it was a biscuit that stood out for its thin, flaky perfection – each bite was a true culinary delight. In addition to this, we indulged in the Dough Doughs, which proved to be a revelation in terms of their airy and fluffy nature. The cinnamon dusted treats were the crowning touch which provided a splendidly sweet conclusion to what can only be described as an outstanding dining experience.
