Serrano's Tex-mex Mesquite

Very, very good! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with great hospitality. We were seated within a few minutes, and had a waitress come by immediately. The atmosphere was very energetic. The chips and salsa was amazing, we also ordered a small bowl of queso, and loved it. I had the Enchilada dinner and my son had the Chile Relleno, and we were both impressed. My son just moved to this area, and this was our first time here, but we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

First timer, had the beef enchiladas. So good. Sweet Tea was delicious and so was the regular queso. Waitress was super nice but would often leave my table unattended for big periods of time. Overall, I liked it all though and would go back again.

The food was great. I got the burrito with rice. Did hope for more beans in my burrito. It seemed like it was just meat, but the flavor was there, and it filled me up. The kid meals are a nice sized portion and overall had a good first experience here. Will be returning soon.

SÚPER friendly staff! It is a rare treat that I have such GREAT service. From the moment I walked in the hostess was very nice. I wanted to sit in the bar but it was full so she offered to seat me in the high top tables instead. The waiter was super friendly as well. Checking in just enough to not be annoying. I ordered the grapefruit fresco with a chili lime rim. This was my favorite drink even though it was on the small side. The dulce vida grape fruit tequila was paired very well with the other ingredients. I also ordered a limonada de fresa 🍓 I did not like this as much but the drink was a lot bigger. The base of the drink was carbonated water I think that’s why I didn’t like it as much. It took away from the strawberry flavor. If you drink it straight from the shaker with a straw it’s way better and you can taste the strawberries 🍓 I for appetizer I got a half order of nachos. I liked that everything came separately and you can add as little or as much of the ingredients as you like. The only thing I found lacking was the flavor of the beans. You really have to add the other ingredients to make it taste good. For my main meal I had 2 avocado Fritos. With a side of street corn. The avocado 🥑 was fried to perfection! The green salsa on top was super spicy 🥵 I loved it. The size of the tacos was really big as well. I got one corn tortilla and one flour. They are both hand made and I prefer the flour tortilla to the corn. The street corn was great until I hit the onions. There was too many and it kinda ruined it for me. I tried to pick out the onions but there was way too many. Overall I loved everything even the corn 🌽 I highly recommend this place! Come try it!!!

I always love this place. The remodel make the restaurant lose a lot of its warmth, in my opinion but the food is still good. I ordered a cheese chile rellano while my mom got a chicken fajita taco with queso and “jalepeno rellanos”. Almost got an order of those to go! Excellent service and good food.
