Sunday brunch. Hostess was very friendly and welcoming and were were seated quickly. We chose the outdoor patio. Screams from a family with small children echoed the room for a while, but once they left it was really nice and peaceful. Avocado toast was excellent. Fried chicken was over cooked but had good flavor. The pancake had a decent flavor but was a little chewy. The homemade biscuit and butter were great. Service was great. Overall great experience. I plan to return soon.

How wonderful it was to be able to enjoy everything on the menu, and then also find it all to be delicious and visually appealing with a great texture (anyone gluten free knows what I mean about texture). Our server was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with the extra time our table took as I cared for my baby while trying to eat and catch up with a friend. The beautiful mid century modern and wooden decor, natural light, and plants surrounding us were the cherry on top. Even my family and friends that are not gluten free will enjoy Picnik. I will be back more than once, I think!

My first time at Picnik. Loved their non alcohol drinks 🤤 ( i loved my lemonade!!) it’s a bit expensive but you get unlimited refills. 👍🏻 The foods were okay but took forever to get served.. 😩 and the servers were super nice but too busy.. haha

I came here because someone told me they have gluten free, seed oil free and high quality meat( grass fed, pasture raised, wild caught) available, and I was disappointed, no only the food is high quality, it taste amazing! I also was surprise by the prices, I thought it would be as expensive as some spots in downtown Austin, but the prices were cheaper for the same quality if not higher, thank you for the great food and service, I will come back! :)

Accommodating, delicious We were so excited to find a place that offered both vegan and keto options when we had guests visiting out of town! We all loved our meals, especially the vegan queso! There were a good amount of options for vegans, and they were so sweet in asking the table if there were any allergy or diet restrictions. Good food, good service, good atmosphere. I would definitely come back!

Came in for a quick brunch and I was not disappointed at all, quite the opposite. Along with very quick service from my server Hudson, who was mindful of introducing the menu to me as well as asking me before placing an order about dietary preferences and allergies, the food itself was phenomenal. I ordered the brussels sprouts appetizer and they had just the right consistency you’d want, along with a savory sweet glaze. The avocado toast was beyond any expectations I had for it frankly, and I don’t know what secret ingredient was in that guacamole on it but I need more of it in my life. I wish I had gotten pictures of both my plates but they tasted so good they were gone before I remembered to do so. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone.

This is one of the few restaurants my wife and I eat at due to their focus on extremely high quality, animal based foods. They do not use any low quality oils. If you want to feel good after eating out, this is the place.

This place was very cute and had delicious food, the ac also works really well so it’s a great break away from the heat. Also the staff was really sweet and friendly. Also we had an incident where my sister dropped her retainer and forgot it, we called and they moved all the chairs looking for it but couldn’t find it. We were from out of town so we stopped by later to look for ourselves before we left and they were very understanding and even brought over a flashlight to help with the search and we did end up finding it so it was a success! Thanks for the great service and delicious food!

This spot is excellent! Everything on the menu is 100% gluten free. They have an allergen menu available for other common allergies. My server, Bradley, asked about any allergies I had besides gluten (I have a dairy allergy) and he was able to easily accommodate and double check everything I ordered. We ordered the muffin basket which came with three of the daily muffins (a variety), which came with jam (refined sugar free). My husband ordered the biscuits and gravy (contained dairy), and he loved it. I ordered the farmhouse platter, and those were the best breakfast potatoes I had ever eaten. All of the gluten free bakery items were light and delicious (some GF bread can get very heavy or dense). Absolutely will return again!

Fantastic experience! In my family we have a celiac and someone with soy and dairy allergies. Picnik is heaven sent. You can order whatever and you're good to go. We sampled a little of everything and it was all very good. The steak frites were really good. The only thing we wouldn't order again was the Cashew Queso. It just didn't appeal to our tastes, but others may love it. The servers were very attentive and ready to field questions. The place is a little pricey, but very much worth a visit. Especially if you have food allergies.
