Upstairs At Caroline

Been to Austin before, but it’s my first time at Upstairs at Caroline. I’ve been missing out. Great atmosphere, plenty of space, big windows for a nice downtown view, variety of seating options, buzzing with locals and business travelers. Good music. Solid happy hour options and prices. Tacos are great and filled full. At the bar, look for Ryan H to serve up a good experience.

From the moment we were seated, Natalie greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile that set the tone for the evening. What stood out the most was her attention to detail and genuine care for our dining experience. She was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our drinks were always refilled and our table was well attended. Natalie's knowledge of the menu was impressive; she provided excellent recommendations that suited our tastes perfectly. Moreover, her timing was impeccable. Our orders were taken promptly, and the food arrived at just the right intervals. Natalie's ability to anticipate our needs without us having to ask was remarkable. She was also incredibly accommodating to our special requests, going above and beyond to ensure everything was to our liking. But what truly made Natalie exceptional was her friendly demeanor and her ability to connect with us on a personal level. She shared insightful details about the dishes and the restaurant, making our dining experience feel unique and tailored.
