First time in Austin TX and wanted authentic food. Saw this Italian restaurant and was very satisfied I chose. Atmosphere, service and especially the food were impeccable!!! The Ravioli was amazing. The meat filling was so smooth and seasoned very well. The sauce was a light seasoned broth, which was equally amazing.

I walked by Vespaio earlier in the day when I was walking in South Congress and smelled something so amazing I had to go back for dinner. The whole time I was at Vespaio I felt so comfortable and so welcomed. I was dining there by myself but I can say the staff was so great from the hosts to the wait staff to my great great server, Jordan. Jordan recommended the most perfect dinner from the wine to the appetizers to dinner and even a dessert cocktail. The food was literally decadent and complimented each other so well. Please make the time to visit and try their amazing food! I was so blown away and definitely will be going back when I’m in Austin. Oh and try the burrata, carbonara, carajillo (kinda like an espresso martini but I like this version better) and all their wines are soo good. It’s been almost a week and I miss their burrata and the moscato I had lol. Please come here!!! The food very much reminded me of the food I’ve had in Italy.

Dude. This place is insane. The service is wonderful, the staff is very attentive and kind and knowledgeable. The set up of the restaurant is beautiful. The food, to die for. If they still have it on the menu, get the butternut squash ravioli, or the truffle and mushroom cream based pasta. The appetizers were very flavorful. I can't express my love foe this place enough. Hell yeah yall.

My husband and I haven't come here in many years, since the last time we had visited Austin. It was just as delicious as we remembered! We had the suppli, caesar and misticanza salads, lasagne and risotto, and tiramisu. All was fabulous and I would honestly recommend anything on the menu, I'm convinced nothing here could taste bad! Service was also excellent particularly the water fillers are ON IT!

Wow wow wow, AMAZING dining experience! I had the pleasure of securing a last minute reservation at Vespaio to celebrate my birthday while on a solo trip to Austin. Not only was I treated like a dining princess, but my waiter (Kain) was INCREDIBLE. He walked my through the prick of my ordered food and wine, and as a solo diner I truly felt special. Additionally the manager is newer and SUPERB. He continuously checked on me and made sure I felt comfortable and was enjoying my time. I couldn’t recommend this place more if I tried! Top tier!!

ATMOSPHERE/SERVICE: 10/10 This restaurant has an intimate atmosphere for dinner. It’s a great spot to go for a romantic dinner, or a beautiful night out dressed up with your friends/family or even just a solo splurge date for yourself! It has a great low light ambience in music and the decor has a chic, opulent vibe. The staff were amazing! Each person was kind and friendly, and our waiter was very versed with the menu/explaining the menu as well as the background of the ingredients. FOOD: 11/10 Y’all, I’m so glad I went with the group of people because then we were able to sample each other’s dishes! Let me tell you something, the drinks and food were top notch! Delicious, fresh ingredients, with that Italian-authenticity and love in the cuisine itself aka HEAVEN for the pasta and bread lovers!🤌🏾 Check the photos for details (gist) of the dishes!
