Excellent donuts. Don't expect light donuts, most are definitely dense and have a good size. A little pricey but it's a good sized/portion of donut and the flavors are always great. Personal favorite is the banana cream pie, great banana pudding filling, icing is smooth (almost creamy, as opposed to a hard icing), sweet taste with some nice cinnamon (not pictured since it was already eaten).

Definitely worth the hype! The donuts themselves are fresh and full of flavor, while the actual shop itself is really cool and how they display the donuts is super unique. I would highly recommend, especially for dessert!

Been wanting to try voodoo doughnuts after hearing about them when they got popular years ago. We ended up going twice (late night and morning) and enjoyed our doughnuts both times. The doughnuts we tried were soft and tasted fresh and were creatively decorated. No lines or waits either time we went.

This place has been on my list for a long time since I saw them on TV. The donuts are very sweet so just know that going in. They have a great place that is very lively decorated. I had the voodoo doll, butterfinger and coffee cake donut. They have a huge selection of donuts so you will have no lack of choice. Glad I got to visit this place while in town.

I’m ok spending $9 on two donuts since one was smothered in Oreos, peanut butter and caramel, and the other was full of passion fruit cream cheese. A grandiose assortment of ridiculous donuts and the guy running the register was so much fun. Wall art was hilarious and entertaining. Fun stop between 6th street bars!

Trying new ones each time I go. This time I got the Ring of Fire which has Cayenne Pepper- it really wasn’t too bad on spice. Also got the buttermilk which was a great selection too!! Voodoo Doughnut on 6th street takes credit cards!! I’ve been a number of times but finally am reviewing it. I got the Butterfinger donut and the Oreo one. So good! Friendly staff.

So I'm just gonna leave this video here cause you really need to go in person to see their selection of wild doughnuts. I will say this, I went late at night, and I'm not sure when they stop baking for the day, but the doughnuts, although delicious, were a little dry. That doesn't bother me, being that it was late, it doesn't matter where you go, any bakery or doughnut place, you can't expect baked goods to be super moist and fresh 10 hours after they're made. So if you can check them out early. Place has a great atmosphere and that authentic keep Austin weird vibe.

Very popular donut place- I've heard of this place for years and I've been dying to go while in Austin. It was very easy to walk in, order, and get our donuts. The donuts are a pretty big size (a lot bigger then we thought they'd be). We really enjoyed our donuts. I will say- unfortunately the Captain Oh Captain donut tasted stale (the cereal) so that was disappointing but overall we enjoyed the other donuts.

This is the third VooDoo donuts, and it did not disappoint. The staff was rude, but the donuts were awesome! The homer was soft and sweet, the dirt was stale but still good. They were out of a lot of the donuts.

Had a great experience late night getting some delish baked treats. What we ordered was beautiful, fresh and unique with so many different flavor options. Highly recommend if you have a sweet tooth.
