Cook Out

Cookout is good most of the times but half of the times my order is wrong and I never complain I always let it ride. I went to cookout on a Saturday ordered a strawberry shake & instead got cheesecake I called in they said next time just stop and get my strawberry shake! On Sunday on my way home I was passing and stopped and got food a chicken wrap and blt and I told them about my shake. The manager Travis said he could not accommodate because I didn’t keep receipts, it’s small piece of paper and not that serious so I’ll take my business elsewhere my chicken wrap didn’t even come with the right amount of lettuce for one bite!

Hello to everyone who comes here not only do they freak up our order every single time we come here they ask for the food they mess up back we come every day and order a 639 tray we order a big double no ketchup no mustard no mayo add bar be cue sauce and everything else they not only mess up the order once not twice but 4 times. And then tried to get smart when my son tried to explain to them the order whom ever manages this location you simply have to Crack down on your cooks simple sad at this point.you would think by now they let my son keep the order there bringing out but they keep taking it back.i will not ever come here for food again you guys have lost my business for sure for sure.please please check your order cause they stand around and laugh while your placing your order.

The layout of this location is horrible. You can't park without waiting in the drive-thru line when it's busy. I went inside to order just a milkshake and my order was forgotten and three orders placed after me were filled. They all had shakes and got their shakes and food before me. Mistakes happen and they went and made my shake for me, but then the shake was basically hollow. I doubt I'll visit this location again.
