Excellent customer service. Fast friendly staff. The food was delicious. We both had a large sandwich. Its a foot long. Very filling. The pricing was reasonable. My new favorite place to grab a sandwich.
Its soooo good. Better than the other places I've been a gazillion times. Its more meaty,than like eating a salad sandwich. Just enough lettuce and veggies. Perfect in my.opinion.

I stopped in and got the foot long "hook & ladder"sub.It was the first time since the Pandemic that I went into Firehouse Subs and this sandwich was tastier now than I remember it was in the past..

I had a reward for a large coke with a sub purchase on the app the lady refused to honor it... Bad business to promote something then not provide it got that app off my phone real quick..

My wife and I really like this location. We've lived a few areas of Atlanta and Firehouse Subs generally have good staff. Very accommodating for 'special' orders and very consistent. Subs purchased in Roswell tastes like the subs in Lawrenceville and like the subs here in Austell... Good job Firehouse!
