Mcdonald's

This one star review is essentially all due to Skyler/Skylar. I’m unsure of the spelling, but I believe they are a manager at this McDonald’s and has had green hair the few times I was there. On two occasions I have ordered food for curbside pickup and waited long enough to need to go inside and check on it. One, on Saint Patrick’s day, which was understandably busy. We ordered nuggets, burgers, and fries because we were going to smash. After about fifteen minutes I went inside and waited while Skylar (going forward I’m going with the a) audibly complained about being busy to her staff. I want to say the staff has been just fine, and this review should reflect solely on Skylar for poorly managing. After she realized more customers came in after me she had an employee tend to us since she couldn’t ignore us any longer. She also locked us in and said out loud “where do these people keep coming from” to which a lady told her she locked the doors so obviously we’ve been here. After about twenty minutes I learned my food had been waiting the entire time and my lovely wife came back in with me to have them remake it. I was there for more than an hour total. The second time we ordered two burgers. It was 4/29 and after fifteen minutes I went in. She did finally end up acknowledging the other customer there and me about ten minutes later, after her employee had already started helping me. I wasn’t sure exactly what was happening but it was clear she was making it difficult for her staff and I could hear her complain over the counter. I was there for about thirty five minutes total. At the very least let’s acknowledge the speed isn’t very fast.

This specific McD is always busy. I ordered 2 of the $16 family boxed meals + a DQP meal, and didn’t have to wait excessively long considering the full line ahead and behind me (probably 10-20 minutes after parking). The order was correct for my changes and the food was fresh, so we were not served fresh items in one box and cold in another; everything was made and brought to me (curbside, spot #1) in a relatively short time. Considering the lack of options in the area creating the busyness, I have always had a pleasant experience here. I would not recommend coming into the drive-through on a lunchbreak - order through the app 10min ahead and pickup inside for faster service and less wasted time.

Food was cold, even after waiting 15 mins for my order. They messed up a sandwich, which is ok, but instead of making it fresh, they took it back added my mayo and handed it back. 1/6 of a piece of cheese on my fish... NOBODY WEARS HAIRNETS, AND THE CHICK WITH THE GREEN HAIR... KEPT RUBBING HER FINGERS THROUGH HER HAIR! YUCK! 2 OTHER PPL WERE PLAYING IN THEIR HAIR, NO NETS NO GLOVES, NO NOTHIN! I will NEVER come to this location again smh
