I just sent my husband to pick up my free birthday drink and they gave him a hot drink instead of the iced one I clearly ordered. I'm very disappointed. Today is my birthday and I was really looking forward to this coffee!

Usually I get really good service at this location but today I didn’t even realize that my drink was wrong until I got to work. Not only does my drink taste wrong it also isn’t even full. I didn’t even spill or take a sip.

The two this morning on 11 Feb 2022, were or are racist. I came in and greeted them and no response. Okay didn’t think nothing of it but then I went to scan my app she made me move the tip jar out of the way and pick up the scanner and scan it myself at which point she said let ME scan it. So she scans it again with a condescending tone. The other brings my coffee and I say thank you and no response. I read the room as I don’t belong here and I should leave because I’m not welcomed. This type of feeling should not be happening to anyone it’s sad to feel this way walking into a place and immediately feeling bad vibes.

Ordered a medicine ball, but the barista said they were out of honey. He offered to use agave in some packets that they had instead. I appreciated that he went the extra step to try to accommodate me.

Large public parking. Handicap parking and handicap entrance. Did not use restroom facilities. Store was moderately busy with no waiting time. Expensive, as all Star u ks tend to be, with a bit over $21 for 2 coffee drinks and 2 pieces of very good pumpkin loaf. Drinks were appropriately hot and cold, as I ordered one of each. Service was rapid. Associates were very pleasant and professional. Drinks were made with care and attention to serving a quality product. I was impressed with this Starbucks as a higher class than many I've been in. Thanks folks! I highly recommend this particular Starbucks if you feeling like dropping a fairly high price for a great treat!

Edit: got to my car and the coffee was barely warm. Downgrade to one star. :(
Service awesome, people were great, place was clean. Two stars because Starbucks wanted an extra 70 cents for plain creamer! Almost $3.50 for a small coffee! That’s straight up corporate greed, and I won’t spend my money with a company like that.
