Wendy's

If I could give them zero stars I would I just called to complain about a #10 Asiago ranch and the chicken smells like it’s gone bad and tasted bad as well I called to complain I live 30 minutes away from this wendys and they want me to take the sand which back to give me a new one or even give me a refund i told the lady I would take it tomorrow since I obviously live far and I have classes that start at 5pm and last 4hrs which give me no spare time to take it back the lady started saying that obviously if I took it back the next day it would be bad but why would I bother taking them a sandwich that according to her was good until the next day I obviously would’ve ate it if the chicken sandwich was good. But it stinks and tastes bad like if the chicken was rotten. The lady was also very rude with her comments although she did not insult me.

Do you guys mind just updating your hours? The location on Kirk Rd and the one on Randall by Wilson say they are open until 2am. But the lights are shut off and drive thru closed with employees inside around 12:45. This has been this way for a few weeks now. Not mad, but I work midnight shift and usually looking for food around those times. And it sucks driving to the location because Google says that it's open until 2am and I get there around 12:45 and everything is off but I can see the employees inside thru the windows. Just curious.

1st time I went through drive through and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich I went home, opened the bag and it was a grilled chicken. I'm pretty chubby, and should probably jjus stick with that option. Was ok. 2nd time I order regular crispy chicken sandwich and this is what I got. Was ok. ( Lighter there for scale) Stars for fast and polite service

The new Wendy's on Kirk Rd. Come on guys it's fast food, good food, cooked to order. Very clean and very helpful and friendly staff. Same price range as the other fastfood players. Today I got the number 1 combo / single they offer it as a single, double or triple. The single is 1 Patty burger, frys and a drink with tax close to 9.00.
