Worst experience in fast food I’ve ever had. Placed a Mobile order and paid. Once I get to location they inform me the item isn’t available. No problem I said You can just cancel that item. I go to window and they tell me they can’t cancel item and can’t refund for item. There was nothing else I wanted so I just said they could refund the whole order since they don’t have the items. The Manager HEATHER begins to tell me they can’t refund anything and that she’ll get in trouble sorry it’s not her problem very rudely and slams window in my face. Not once was I rude or cussed. Her co worker felt so bad and Agreed that was messed up and even tried to give me money out HiS own pocket to refund the order. Clearly have the wrong people manager. Literally go anywhere else!

I love me some Burger King. Flame-broiled Whoppers are delicious. This location can be a little hit-or-miss sometimes but it's usually pretty okay. If you haven't tried an impossible Whopper they're pretty darn good. I never thought you can make plants taste like a Burger. I think part of it may be that they put it on the same broiler as the burgers so you get a little of that flavor you know LOL. Not sure if that's the case or not and I may be wrong but if it is then it's not completely veggie but it's pretty darn close. Classic chicken sandwich is pretty good too. So many things from Burger King that I like. Give it a try

They are doing a good considering they are short staffed. People get mad but yah need to remember people quit and they can only their best to get you the food your ordered. Heard a customer complaint why work here if the food isn’t ready. So I had to tell woman why not apply and do it yourself if you can do better. Not everyone is a bad apple in the restaurant.

I was trying to get some food for my pool team. 9 pm. Way before closing....and wouldn't you know Farnsworth Ave location in Aurora IL is closed. Lights are are on. But no employees. I tried calling no answer... I understand closing because of no employees but TURN OFF YOUR LIGHTS! And it is 9 pm. When did you close? 8 pm. 7 pm. 6 p.m? This is ridiculous

I really must be lucky. I see a lot of negative reviews but that is absolutely not my experience. Granted, I have been visiting the store for about a little over a year. My impression is based on mostly early morning drive-thru orders. However, I have occasionally dined in. Speed of service has always been good enough. Cleanliness is fine, accuracy of order has always been spot-on. Customer service has been fantastic. I am not always greeted with a smile but it seems more because they are just trying to get me in and out. My order is usually handed to me with a smile and a "have a nice day" to send me on my way. I usually use the app to get special pricing and sometimes that takes time but I never feel rushed. The route I take to work has me passing four Burger Kings, and I will always choose this one over the others. I recommend this store definitely for morning visits. I will have to try a late visit to see if the night crew can live up to the morning crew's standards.
