Waited 15 minutes to order my food and had to wait over an hour before I received it. Asked for crispy wings and got soggy wings. Will never go there again! Also the employees are rude and if you don’t jump out at them they won’t acknowledge u, ridiculous! Unless you fill like waiting more than an hour for your food I’d suggest another wing place

So thought I’d give this place another try since grandkids wanted wings….the last SEVERAL times we ordered, food was cold, missing parts of order, long wait time (ordered for a 15 minute wait..waited one hour)….. WELL I NEED TO TRUST MY GUT… This time was no different. Ordered and waited 45 minutes for order, got home and order was missing veggie sticks (2)…tried to call back and line rang, rang and then automated voice said “mailbox was full!?” So Wingstop on Iliff and Chambers you need to get your act together! But you won’t see my money! I do hope the owners of this particular store are reading the reviews and want to do something about it.,

Literally just left the store 11:30pm after waiting for an hour in the store with NO FOOD! If I can give them zero stars I would. Ordered at 10:05pm they said 30min wait. I arrive at 10:33pm paid and they tell me 15 more minutes. I said to myself cool thinking my food will be hot and fresh. 45min later they finally give it to me. I have to check it now thinking this food is steaming. Biggest joke for food I've ever been served. Food is barely warm so I go to the front desk and complain. Lady tells me there's no way she seen it be bagged. I tell her touch the food and she says she can't. So I touch the wings and fries in front of her showing her it's not hot. So I ask for my money back and they were glad to give it to me so I can leave their store. I've been to this place twice and both times the food have been warm to the touch. Managers name was Carla and I will not be coming to this location ever again.

Tried calls and got hung up on on my way to restaurant. Walked in and ordered no one on Lobby. They told me 25 min, so I left and came back 45 min later and the place had 100 people waiting inside (Covid). I asked for my order and it still wasn’t ready. No communication as to why it wasn’t ready, no apology nothing. I will not be back to this location.

seriously the worst service i’ve ever had. taking this to corporate as well to let them have it about me waiting 2.30 hours on jus food.. another thing everybody on there phones not caring about people waiting to get there order. i ordered from doordash waitin an hour on top of all of it and my order looks like it was jus thrown at the driver and brought to me:. seriously? yeah so i’m never in my life going to this place again and i’m making sure everyone there gets what they deserve. also charged for delivery fees when i had to go pick up my food… i’m getting all my money back today. nastiest most dirtiest looking food i’ve ever seen

Completely RUINED my Christmas eve order, gave me items I never ordered, and didn't give me ANYTHING correct on my order except for the amount of wings. I ordered the CREW PACK 30PCS (BBQ, MILD, AND GARLIC PARMESAN) but when I opened my order I had 20 PLAIN CLASSIC WINGS and 10 BONELESS MANGO HABANERO WINGS. As well as corn that I didn't order. Called to get it corrected and was told I'd get it 12/25/2021 but then was placed on hold because they realized the hours for Christmas. So hw got back on the phone and asked for my number but then put my on hold AGAIN and eventually hung up the phone. I called back and didn't get an answer nor could I leave a message.
