Domino's Pizza

I go to this location multiple times a month, never had I had a bad experience. Mike the manger got on the phone today extremely rude because my pizza wasn’t cut at all and I couldn’t bring it back stating he wasn’t going to give me anything free lol I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a black woman or what the issue is but I never asked for anything free I was just calling because clearly they didn’t do their job correct and got mad that I addressed it. I will be looking forward to speaking to the owner about how his manger Mike is conducting business extremely unprofessional let’s not mention he hung up on me when I suggested a refund

Ordered from this location two times now. First time I was lucky enough to actually have my order delivered. Unfortunately they delivered the wrong pizza and didn’t deliver any of the additional dipping sauces I ordered and paid for. Second time they were over 20 minutes outside the delivery window I was quoted so I called to cancel because it said my driver was still 40+ minutes away. The person I spoke to gave me a litany of excuses about it being a busy night… fair enough. Just quote an accurate delivery time if you’re busy.

At 7:10pm I ordered a pizza They told me it will take 30 to 40 minutes To be delivered my 8 years old son Got excited about it then at 8:10pm he started saying that he was hungry that a what time the pizza was going to be here Then I called them back they said to give the driver 15 more minutes and if we don't get the pizza during that time, to call them back At 8:36pm called them back , I ended up picking up my order at 9:05. It will be way more appreciated and respect if they would be honest and say that they don't have enough drivers but just one. It,s understandable of short personal but please be honest with customers I ended up no eating it because of my upset but my son ate.

Pretty sure my food was dropped and put back tnto the box. One of my chocolate cakes looking stepped on and a new one added, giving me 3. Pizza slices all completely separated, sauce on top inside of box, and random topping looking as if they were put back off a slice by a consumer inside the corners of the box. I tipped 5 in cash, shouldn't have, although the driver ain't at fault most the time. Never eating from this location again. I'm I'm former employee for this brand and I'm angry and disappointed that last I was inside of this particular store they were over staffed and yet are still serving this level of HORRIBLE SERVICE.

We ordered $80 worth of pizza for new year's eve and the driver hands our order to the wrong people, they never even came to the door. They gave it to our neighbor that shares a drive way with us, just because they were outside. Who does that!!? Then we had to call over and over because they kept hanging up on us. Then we finally get a call back saying we'd get a refund but that never happened. We are at day 17 in the new year and still no refund. I cant believe this place. Seriously read the reviews before ordering here, the bad reviews are not lying about this place!! They even took their tip off my card!!!

I ordered a pizza at 6:14 pm, they said it would take 40-55 minutes for delivery I've been waiting for almost 2 hours and the pizza still hasn't come to me, they told me on the phone that they are without a driver which is understandable provided that this is notified to the customer beforehand so that the customer has the option of wanting or not, a lack of respect for the customer. this is the third time this has happened to me on dominos, disappointing.

I would like to say this is the worst dominos I’ve ever order from! Or at least tried to but they canceled my order when they were still open. The manager that I talk to and the staff are very rude and hung up in my face 7 times!!! I’m a manager at Pizza Hut and I understand they get busy and even if they had to cancel it but no calls? To let me know is poor service and then on top of that being very rude and hanging up before I can finish saying what I have to say I don’t recommend this dominos
