Wendy's

If you haven’t been to this Wendy’s in a while, it’s worth coming back. Things seem to have improved drastically, and now all of our orders come out correct and delicious. Wendy’s has improved their French fry recipe, and they’re awesome. The new bourbon bacon burger is fantastic, and even breakfast there is great now. Don’t miss their breakfast potatoes! I especially love that they have a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, so I can get any drink I want. We once avoided this Wendy’s because of so many incorrect orders, but are happy to return now that things seem to be going better.

Was there about 845 am and ordered a biscuit, bacon, egg, and cheese. The biscuits was dry and hard, and the bacon was chewy and tough. It appeared to have been made sometime before and was just sitting there. Have had lunch here before numerous times and the hamburgers have always been great. Not the breakfast.

You know, for a fast food restaurant I don’t expect much. But this specific Wendy’s location is TRASH. Service, food, everything. I have given multiple chances to this location and still so very much disappointed and disgusted. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich knowing well that it’s going to be just a less than average chicken sandwich. Well let me tell you about this one. The buns were hard and cold, the chicken patty itself was cold and partially frozen in the middle, added extra Mayo and pickles to it - not one pickle was on it and no Mayo. Ordered the chili - cold. Not even hot to eat. Service was slow and unfriendly. Highly recommend you take a closer look at this location as it is lacking in so many ways. This is not my first experience here with them, every time it’s horrible, everything all around. Might as well close this location, there is no way you are making any profit off of them.

Extremely awkward and weird experience. I waited at the front to order at first because I was paying with cash. Everyone ignored me, even after saying hello. The manager kept telling everyone goodbye and tomorrow is his last day. There was a sign which said to order st the kiosk. Is cash not accepted anymore? Even when I was given my food, the manager said nothing. He placed the meal there on the counter and walked away. Customer service ruined it. I will not be back to this location.

When you order 3 burgers with no cheese and every one of them arrives with cheese, you really have to wonder what people are doing at this location. Funny thing is the chili ordered without cheese was correct. The receipt specifically says no cheese on every burger! I have an idea: how about create menu items that specifically are hamburgers and not cheeseburgers? Better yet, maybe spend less time across the street at Eurflora and pay attention to incoming orders. It had been 3 years since the last time we had Wendy's because the service was so terrible. This location is awful and I will never eat at this Wendy's ever again.
