Love this location! Great Customer Service with fast food that is always fresh and hot when I get it. Have you tried the McCafe Iced Coffee ? Download the app and get a great deal. I love the Caramel Iced Coffee with Cream. Yum 🥰 I also love the McGriddle and hash browns for breakfast. I give it a "Go" get it ✅

My experience with McDonald's is this it all depends on the ones who work there to really give you the McDonald's experience. This location hands down is great,I ordered a happy meal for my daughter and food for myself and my fries were hot, the food was freshly cooked, the service was fantastic. The drive thru is always fast and everyone I encountered has always been friendly. I actually drive to this location over a closer McDonald's just because I know my food will be freshly made, hot fries and always a good experience for my family. I recommend this McDonald's if your in the mood for some good ol McDonald's.

What is it about this south Eola McDonald's that prevents them from getting orders right? I asked for a quarter pounder, no ketchup, add big mac sauce (an extra $.75 charge) and a me fry. I get a burger doused in onions, two pickles, mayo, and NO BIG MAC SAUCE! Where is the mustard? Where is the sauce I was charged for? If it wasn't for the nice chick that took the order, this would be one star! And the excuse that it's busy doesn't apply because I went at a less busy time. Also, there is no receipt so I can't even call and complain since I have no order number to refer to here. Sadly, they keep getting orders wrong here and don't say anything to anyone. This is probably the worst on this side of Aurora.

I went through drive-through around 9:20 p.m. Thursday. I ordered a basket of French fries and a frappe. They said the coffee machine was out of order, so I ordered a chocolate shake instead. The shakes was great, but the experience with the french fries here had turned me on ordering McDonald's again. The fries were could to the touch and the texture had changed to a spongy feel, and they didn't give me a receipt, which makes me wonder if employees knew they were wrong. I always go inside fast food places now because I believe I get better quality food when employee's have to look at me. This store closed the dining room, so I was forced to use drive-through. I bit into room-temperature fries while still in the parking lot and returned to drive-through to tell them. They replaced the fries without any problem, but let's face it, they had to know the fries were cold when they handed them out the window to me. These were that off! So the code name didn't work and they served poor quality fries, 100 percent of my initial order. Over $3 for fries, and I spent 19 minutes of my evening there because nobody cares to serve quality product the first time anymore.
