I just ordered a caramel hot chocolate and it was super sweet. Maybe it is supposed to taste like it but I usually get the caramel mocha and it is just on point. I won't complain cause it might just be regularly served like that but I can't drink that 🤢 my guess is that they took the hot chocolate which is already sweet and added caramel to it. Its just nasty sweet. The cheese from one of the filet o fish was almost falling out of the sandwich so I think they don't care much.

Went here to buy a 6 PC chicken nugget happy meal for our daughter. Person taking order never confirmed our order items and it turned out they put a shake in place of standard drink. Getting a receipt was painfully long as well.

I am unsure if this location is still corporate of Schmitt , but it has unexpectedly gotten worse after the remodel. I originally had a 4 star review for the location but switched it to 2 for a logistic reason. Very off putting exp. Recently , not only because I have worked at multiple locations as a manager for a few yrs but the response I received from back booth in drive thru was as if she has done this a lot or it's normal. Training is key , especially in a startup or fresh crew

Don’t like how it shows they close at 11pm but it’s like 11:30pm and everyone is sitting waiting till time to close and not attend anyone in drive thru

This was the Aurora one that burned down. Nicely rebuilt, friendly staff. Clean areas all around. Good service. Drive thru moved quickly.

This is the 2nd recent holiday where this place looks open, but is actually closed. At night, The interior and exterior is lit up like daylight, cars waiting in the drive-thru looking at the fully lit menus, only for everyone to eventually realize no one is there!!! TURN OFF YOUR LIGHTS like every other place that's closed!!! 🤦
