ZERO STARS. I ordered two sides of Basmati Rice and two side of Chicken Shawarma earlier today in the afternoon to go. Came back home and finally sat down to eat one of the basmati rice and the chicken shawarma. After a couple of bites, i suddenly felt something pointy cut my tongue. My first thought was it's a piece of bone and immediately spat out the food. To my horror, I see it is not a bone but A PIECE OF METAL (pictures attached). It looks like an open ended staple but could be something else. And it was either in the basmati rice or the chicken shawarma. I am HORRIFIED. I am so thankful that I luckily did not swallow it. This kind of thing should NOT be happening, EVER. I have tried calling the Naf Naf multiple times to speak to the manager there, but no one picks up the phone...the automated message keeps repeating. I have been a regular customer of Naf Naf for many years but after today's incident, this place should be closed down. A restaurant having metal in their food should not be allowed to operate. DISGUSTED.

Naf Naf is the fast food of Middle Eastern restaurants. As McDonalds is to American burgers, so is Naf Naf to Middle Eastern cuisine.
The Chicken Kabob Combo Plate and the Pick 2 Steak Kabob Combo Plate had a little bit of everything if you are interested in trying for the first time. The steak is $0.60 more. The quality of the meats were on point for the price. The hummus was rich-tasting and fresh, the flavors of the purple cabbage & chopped cucumber salads were well- balanced & delicious. I wish that the bread was warm and softer.
This is a busy establishment and many families were eating late on a Saturday evening. Even so the surfaces of the tables were clean and the trash can was not overflowing.
All of the food items are laid out in plain sight like Chipotle's assembly line with employees serving you, and so it's easy to see what is being put onto your plate.
The servers behind the serving table worn masks and the only downside to that is that with the loud music it was sometimes hard to hear them. The music is on the louder side, but it does match with the trendy decor of the dining area.
I think Naf Naf is a bargain for the price point, and the food is quick service and convenient after a long day.

Would give zero stars if possible! I used to love this place, what happened to it? I have a bad experience a few months ago but I decided to give them another try. Maybe it was a bad day. NO! The place has a bad smell as soon as you walk in. They charge way to much for tiny little extra side of sauce. I wanted hot sauce but I will not pay 75 cents for it. No more free extra pickles. Their sandwiches used to be stuffed, not anymore. I ordered a chicken shwarma and I can't even find the chicken but hummus is on everything in my office and my shirt! I'm done!

Just ordered two veggie delights which come with falafel but all the falafel was hard as a rock, fried to a crisp. Called but could not talk to a person, they hang up on you.

This place was absolutely delicious. I'd love to go back, I had a date with my girlfriend who brought me here for the first time and I thoroughly impressed with the taste of their food. Even if the selection isn't the broadest, I'd highly recommend giving them a chance if you're in the area.

Great food and awesome service. I am bummed the menu changed though. I liked it better when I didn't have to build my pita or plate like I am at a Subway/Chipotle. The quality is still top notch though, so I will still be back bc it's always so good.

This location uses to be awesome but since the original owners sold the concept , it has gone down hill steadily. The portions are half the size, favor is not there anymore, and the restaurant is not very clean. Last night will be the last time we will give them a chance. Our chicken shawarma pitas where only filled about 40% of the pita. I ripped off half the dry pita to get to the shawarma/salad. Never again.

We were craving for a middle eastern delicacy so we headed to this restaurant.
The fragrance of fresh Pita, falafel, shawarma, and assorted sauces is simply unbeatable.
I decided on a pita falafel sandwich—a freshly baked pita (their signature style) loaded with evenly chopped cold cucumber salad and hot falafel smeared in Tahini and every bite was the burst of flavors in my mouth.
Naf Fries are unlike fries because they aren't fries but Chips & I loved them owing to how crunchy and delectable they are! I gobbled them all.
Must try— S’khug (Green hot sauce), Harissa (Chilli pepper & Paprika) sauces!
Coming to the overall cleanliness of the store, I like that the restrooms are kept clean, so are the tables. (Indoor & outdoor)-
