Chipotle Mexican Grill

Great location; always busy but they get everyone through pretty quick. Just like any other chipotle. Customer service is available to above average. They do charge for guacamole unlike Qdoba. But you get what you pay for, chicken burritos are on point. Always get the chips and guacamole it’s bomb. I highly recommend this location if you are in the area. It is in the King sooper parking lot; lots of other restaurants in this plaza as well so it’s great for groups because you can get chipotle and other people will have options.

This is the story of this store, nearly every visit, they’re out of something, or they’re taking “cash only” for whatever reason. Online order buyer beware, this is likely to happen to you and you won’t be notified of it when you arrive (I know, because they’ve done it to me). ALWAYS check your food order, because this store has not earned your trust to get it right.

Agree with another few reviews, going downhill fast. They often turn off online ordering, I get it people are short staffed… But then you’ll come @7pm when it says they close @10 and they have a “sorry we are closed” sign up with people clearly still inside the restaurant picking up food. You’ll grab your order after having ordered ahead and ask if they have limes/lemons and the guy says “no” then turns away. You’ll order ahead and get there on time, wait 20 mins with no apology and a simple “looks like we have no steak” when you ask for your food. Zero customer service skills from front to back. Another time I came the lady in front of me and the man in front of her ordered a burrito and two employees tried closing said burritos and couldn’t. Its just food, I get it, first world probs. It’s not one bad experience, it’s at least 3. Someone with a little authority needs to clean this place up. It’s a hot mess. Go anywhere but this location.

Never had any problems ordering from this location. A few weeks ago their system was down and they were only able to take online orders. The manager on duty, a young man, was trying to help an upset customer. He did a very good job defusing the situation and staying calm and professional. My only comment for improvement would be to announce to each customer entering that your system was down unless they had an online order. Thanks for always being a dependable location!

This place reminded me of a Chipotle, but it smelled like regret, and all the employees looked like they wanted to hurt someone. Everyone was wearing masks, but it was clear there were no smiles here. I actually questioned if two employees were on downers because they were so lethargic and unresponsive. The food was thrown together haphazardly, the burritos unfolded the minute we opened the foil, and the cashier forgot our drinks the second after ordering them. This team needs a leader and a little fun. Not a great visit.

I have reached out multiple times and got in contact with customer care, but I have not heard anything back weeks. I was charged for one bowl twice in the restaurant. I paid with a card. I notified the cashier and she said that if I wanted a refund she would have to go get her manager. Of course I wanted a refund... so she went to get her manager and the cashier told me that she would have to give me a cash refund because I used a debit card. Then as she began to count out the money she told me that she could not give me my full refund because she did not have enough pennies. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. I am not upset about the change. I am unhappy about how the situation was handled. At what point does this stop? If she was out of ones would she deny me even more of my money. This is unacceptable and I have been trying to reach someone for weeks.

This time we got delivery, thinking maybe our order would be right. Whether you visit this location in person, or order delivery online-it’s the same story. They get our orders wrong and give small portions, even when my husband orders double meat. A few weeks ago we went to order in person, waited 30 min for chicken they said would be ready soon and then had to change our orders because no one was even cooking it. I don’t recommend this location. I hope other locations are better managed and run than this one. But I don’t know if I will visit any Chipotle anymore after these terrible experiences and poor customer service.
