Rosati's Pizza

Ordered pizza last night, was told 30 minute wait. Fine, not bad for a Friday night. I went to Rosati's Indian Trail location on time, was charged and was told pizza was not yet ready. Multiple Grub hub drivers later and 45 minutes of my time- I asked for my money back- now they had my pizza. Now I found a hair in the pizza- cooked in. Yuk. The location looks like the pizza they make. Good luck with your Grub Hub sales.

I ordered on a Tuesday evening at about 9:45pm two large thing crust pizzas with a 10% tip for pickup through myrosatis.com online. My card gets charged immediately. I show up at 10:15 and they can't even find my order. Apparently the website thought they were closed even though the website says they were open till midnight and gave me no indication of this. The next day I get a confirmation about the order. Be ready at 10:50am Wednesday it says. I call at 10:05, asking if the order can be cancelled, but they're already made, even though they open at 10am. Whatever. I tell him I'm not sure when I can pick them up but I for sure will. My friend I'm babysitting for ends up picking them up for me on the way back from her appointment at about 1pm. One of the pizzas is sitting on the counter, not even under a hot light she tells me. The other one of the delivery guys grabs out of his car, both cold as a morgue drawer. The one I ordered half anchovies has half chicken substituted, which is fine, except AT NO POINT did anyone call me to check to see if I was still getting my pizzas or if chicken would be okay. If you absolutely have to use this location, call them or the website with screw your order up, probably. You get two stars because I assume you're short staffed.

This place is WAY overpriced now, I used to get 18 inch pizza with 2 toppings for about 26 dollars which is already a bit high. NOW I order a 14 inch, without sauce and pay 30 bucks... that is insane. The Rosatis location by my job doesn't even charge this much yet. And it is a much nicer location. Won't be ordering from this location again.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS LOCATION. I ordered a pizza online, I Noticed that they would not allow you to enter a coupon, so I called the on-line delivery service (they recommended using Postmate/Uber Eats), the service does not take coupons. I called the store, the Rosati’s on Indian Trl,, they told me that they never received my order. They took my credit card # and promised that I would not be charged for two pizza’s. I was receiving updates on the order from Postmate. I kept in touch with the store telling them about the messages. I was told don’t worry we won’t charge you twice. Guess what, I was charged twice, one from the store and once from Postmate. I called the store and the same man told me o’well it’s to late to do anything. They did not even offer another pizza since I paid for two.

So an employee gave his wrong name. He didn't take down my order because he said it's policy to get your card information when I specifically said that I would pay cash. He didn't want to give me my order that I said I would pick up in 30min and he didn't have it done! Horrible place. Horrible employees and poor management team if there was one. To the general manager please contact me because clearly there's a legal issue here as they are racist to Hispanic women!

Sad excuse for establishment placed an order for wings for the Super Bowl hours prior to the super bowl and they confirmed my order and I go to pick up and they tell me no DoorDash orders. Manager was very rude and didn’t care or do anything to make it right. All he said was to contact DoorDash. I will never place an order for this rosati’s ever again. Please save yourself the grief now my family has no food very disappointed

I'll be honest, I've had some bad pizza from other Rosati's before so I was on the fence about ordering from here. I had just moved into the neighborhood and we were hungry. Really hungry. So I gave it the good ole college try, minus the beer and munchies. I have found my go to pizza place for thin crust pizza. I really like their sausage pizza too. It's not too spicy, but others might feel it's bland. For me it was perfect. Pasta? Fuhgetaboutit. Not a fan at all. I had the spaghetti. It was still watery and the sauce was not very good. I've had their Fried Ravioli which is ok. Both times it seems they were overcooked. The fried mushrooms were good the first time, but watery the second time. They have stuffed breadsticks which are pretty decent if you're looking for some extra carbs. I should add that I have only had delivery from them. It is extremely fast, but sometimes I wonder if the fried mushrooms would be better if I dined in. Also, they have lots of coupons so I'm always getting something off or for free. Kudos to them for reeling me in that way.
