This Doughballs Pizza place is just perfect! I very much recommend going in here and try their mouth-watering foods. The ambiance of the place is amazing and the vibe they have is wonderful. It sets up my mood every time I come here. Their service is also phenomenal. Their staff are friendly, professional, patient, kind, polite, cooperative and well trained. they would really talk to you properly and help you with the menu’s, even regarding about the place. I would always order their chicken wings which I prefer spicier, burritos, pizza of course and mac and cheese. Their pizza has a very nice crust and it has the perfect combination of soft and crispy. I also love their amazing size portion and their deal is top notch. Would definitely recommend those. Thank you for the wonderful experience every time I go here guys! Keep up the great work! Kudos! I have to say over the years its been hit or miss with different cooks.. Its definitely been changed around by Robert. He is amazing!!! A driver, an order taker, and a cook. From beginning to end he's made us feel like family. From calling and placing the order with him, to have him cooking the best food we've ever had From here, and then hand delivering it. I'll only place an order if Robert is taking, making, and delivering. He's truly one of a kind and goes the extra mile. Thanks Robert, Doughballs wouldn't be the same without you!!

Incident happened Friday 2/26/21 around 8-10pm. Very disappointed. Employees neglectful and rude. I loved this place but, the lack of leadership and customer service skills is extremely disappointing. Put in an order through Grub Hub, Doughballs apparently received my order because I was sent a confirmation email and text saying my order was being prepared along with an estimated delivery time. I was also charged for my order and payment went through. So I waited for my order until it didn’t arrive. It was past the estimated delivery time, called Doughballs asking for an ETA. Discovered they didn’t even have my order and it was not ready (even though I received an order confirmation) and I was obviously upset. On their website they partner with 3 delivery services, one of them being GrubHub. I spoke with Amber who is not a manager but was the person in charge that night, and said they dont have access to their Grub Hub tab (even though I received a notification that my order was being prepared. Don’t restaurants have to accept orders from these sites??). She did not know how to handle this situation and kept saying it’s not her fault (which hopefully it’s not) however, I told her to leave a note for the manager or the owner because it is Doughballs responsibility to manage their partnership with the delivery services stated on their website. Instead of Amber stepping up and being a leader, she hung up on me in the middle of our conversation. She kept claiming she couldn’t do anything about the situation and that is not true. She should’ve let the manager or owner know employees cannot access the GrubHub tab to make orders coming through. Who knows how long this has been going on, or how many people have been charged for their food and never received it because they couldn’t access the appropriate delivery portal. Absolutely appalled by Amber’s behavior and representation for this company bc I will not be ordering or referring this place again.

I giving them a one star review for the customer service. I talked to a gentleman who when I asked for a sausage and cheese pizza laughed at me and said yes it comes with cheese in a condescending tone. I get that it comes with cheese no need to scoff at me and giggle at my expense. I worked in customer service for 10 years and never would've treated a customer the way he treated me. The pizza at this establishment is amazing and I love when we get to order from here, but between the time it takes to actually get the pizza (always over an hour even on weekdays) and this guy, I probably will not order from here again. It's a shame because like I said their pizza is good.

Placed an order for pizza wings and salad was told 50 to 60 mins. After and hr I called then was told delivery driver just left and it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. Needed to make sure the driver would go to the back door. Was told they didn't have the drivers number. Asked for a manager was placed on hold for 4+ mins then told amber would call me back. Well its been over and hour since that call and no one called me back. Order finally arrived and pizza was cold and burnt. Salad was mushy. Wings were only thing worth eating. So we will never be going back and I really hope the owers see this and talk to the employees. This is not right.
